dear sir/madam,I would like to request u to send the stray dog squad to our area as the problem of these stray dogs is getting serious day by day.one of the dog is wounded and he climbs upstairs for shelter just infront of my door.It is highly unhygienic for the health of the children as the dog leaves our passage area severely stinking.

We are facing the Sewage water overflowing on the street. My neighbour D-169 (Shagun Boutique) has gutter overflowing of sewage water and the sewage water has been overflowing on the streets .we have told so many to cover the gutter and clean by the sweeper. but he is not ready not listen anyting and due to this it's difficult to walk on the road and chances are increasing for diseases. we have a small kid in our family so the chances are increasing of diseases(dengue/Malaria).
Please look into this on urgent basis.Awaiting for positive response.

MCD - illegal Construction — To stop the construction

This is to bring to your notice that,I am resident of Shasti Nagar area and wish to inform you that on the
L-144 3rd Floor (Left Side) Shastri Nagar New Delhi the owner of the roof is making a floor without any Pillar
and without any support when we requested to the labour to stop the work theyrefused to do it then we
called to the contractor he told that without pillar it is safe and already I have made 2-3 buildings like this
then we called to the owner he told that I dont have any knowledge the contarctor told me to do like this
so I am doing. The owner is a property dealer and he make this floor and resell to any other party. In this
building we are 6 families and living from last 3-4 years.If he will complete this work then there will be huge
damage and may be building collapsed and people die.So I request you to stop this work that in future
there should be no damage and we can safe our life

i want to bring in your notice about the poor condition of the road between khajuri to loni gol chakkar for the last 2 years. the road is totally damaged and in such condition that u can see traffic jams almost all the time. from morning 10 to 10 at night. Can't u see it has been almost 2 year but nobody is looking. this is a shame of all the department. kindly look into the matter and rectify as soon as possible.

I am residing in Kishan garh, Vasant kunj area. Building No.80/9, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj on rent. In this building, there is no proper drainage system and illegal construction. And the landlord is not providing rent agreement and rent receipts. Landlord/Care Taker is using foul languages to tenants.

That owners of G-24 south extention part-I New Delhi during the pendency of the case said suit property had been demolished and carried out the construction in property in question with the help of Junior Engineer and Zonal Engineer (z.e) of building department (central zone) despite of complete knowledge of case pending before this Hon’ble Court and complaint lodge by the Complainant , the MCD concerned officer did not try hard to stop the unauthorized construction and even defendants( m/s fairdeal ) no.1 to 4 dig basement under suit premises as well as changed the existing structure of the suit property . without approved and proper sanction plan.
The Respondents raising illegal construction without obtaining any sanction plan is liable to be demolished and Respondents /builder should face regular prosecution under D.M.C Act. Respondents 1to 4 who connived with area official MCD (ZE) (j.e building central zone ) E.E (b)who let owners convert the building residential to commercial on first floor second floor along with digging the basement in the buildings . and let owners to repossess the illegal building have been allowed commercial user in violation of the sanctioned plan use without following due process of law but for the connivance on the part of the enforcement machinery for wrongful gain these violations could not have taken place.
F. That modes appends of the officials of MCD is that they book the building at initial stage the order dated 13.12.2010 vide No.505/B/UC/C2/10 in respect to property bearing No.G-24, South Extension Part -1, New Delhi and show cause notice dated 13.1.2011 vide no’s/904/EE(B)/CZ/11 passed by area officials Copy of the said order is annexed as Annexure ‘A’. for eye wash and save their skin but thereafter no action initiated with the intention to let complete the illegal construction get old and occupied the occupier with their wrongful gains. Even FIR had not been filed by said area mcd officials against the land lord till now .

That the order dt13/12/2010 and order dt13/01/2011 have not been challenged by Mr. Vijay Kumar Kheiterpal and Naresh Dhawan same has been attained finality therefore building in question was liable to demolished in accordance with law and policy of the MCD but area ZE and Asstt .Engineer (building) are let them get possession for their wrongful gain, same act was done by the area officials when Mr.Vijay Kumar digging the full basement, notice was also issued on 8.8.2000, but MCD officials failed to initiate any action and owner was succeeds in their ill-design / motive.
That the official MCD while working as Z.E(B) J.E (B) EE(B) was duty bound to get stopped/demolished the unauthorized MCD on account of dereliction of duty who was posted in the zone is responsible for not taking action as per the provisions of DMC Act with malafide intention which establishes their connivance with the owner/builder. and this tantamount to admission of their guilt. Commissioner by invoking the provisions of Sect. 95(2) (b) read with Regulation 9 (ii) of the DMC Services (Control & Appeal) Regulations, 1959 and the provisions contained in Article 311 of the Constitution of India has inflicted the penalty of dismissal from services which shall ordinarily be a disqualification for future employment upon the area officials a (Z.E) and (J.E ), EE (B). the image of Municipal Corporation of Delhi in the eyes of public has been tarnished and as such they are not worthy to be retained in municipal service any more.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Bad Roads for over six months
The condition of double-sided road from Azadpur under-pass to GT Karnal DTC Bus Depot (near bye pass) is in dilapidated condition for over six months now. The stretch from Azadpur under-pass and right up to the bye pass is in worst condition. Beneath Jahangir Puri Metro station it's condition looks like whether any road was ever laid! Many vehicles (especially low floor buses) get damaged everyday under the Jahangir Puri Metro station as the entire external surface had just washed away during the seasonal rainfall and the ground level sank disastrously, where once existed motor-able road when the Jahangir Metro Station was inaugurated. Besides, potholes on the entire stretch have now acquired the shape of disorderly piles, which may perish anyone if one is not mindful while negotiating this stretch from Azadpur under-pass to GT Karnal DTC Bus Depot.It is indeed shameful that concerned officials are not aware of such a catastrophic situation of the road condition from Azadpur under-pass to GT Karnal DTC Bus Depot. Question arises for what they are being paid for when they cannot "sight live bombs waiting to be exploded any time"! I've lost faith in the entire system of MCD and very humbly request the honorable Prime Minister to kindly intervene in the matter and save the citizens from being killed on these deadly stretches which emanated sheer because of rampant corruption and criminal negligence of MCD's officialdom.
Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Corruption in removing encroachments
Presently in Sector-18, all around DDA flats etc. Rohini, M.C.D. is metalling the marginal land running across the D.D.A. M.I.G. and L.I.G. Houses which over the passage of time has been encroached by almost very house owner whose flat comes under its vicinity. The illegal encroachment has dismantled the storm water drain long ago causing accumulation of water on roads during rainfall. Now things are being retrieved. In fact, this exercise should have been carried out long before because this additional land is ultimately meant for car parking. But due to complete neglect over a long time most of the house owners have encroached the sizeable portion of marginal land by planting trees and made sure that no one demolishes their illegal occupation of Government land.Further, those having high connections have not been touched and their illegal occupation of Government land has been 'overlooked'. An excise official of Delhi Government residing at A-3/9 has encroached quite a good area of Government land but his illegal act has not been touched whereas those who don't have any approach have borne the brunt of leveling of space which belongs to no one except M.C.D. itself! Elsewhere, whosoever has greased the palms of the contractor, assigned the job of metalling the marginal land, have once again taken back their possession and their business is going as usual on the encroached land. Already, the city, Delhi has been rated as worst in making available the parking area and when some sensible operation to make available parking space is under-way after retrieving the illegal occupation of government land, the corruption is at the highest peak. It is very humbly requested that only one yardstick should be employed to remove the illegal occupation of government in Sector-18, Rohini, and the space is made available for parking, keeping in view the future requirement also.

I am writting to for the last two months regarding unauthorized construction which is without prior sacntion plan from MCD. Builder named Rajive is constructing the building without any sanction plan. The Builder has stoped the Sun and air for locality. People of the area are afraid of this builder, he has given the threat to the nieghbout for bad consequence if complaint is made against the construction. Police and MCD OFFICIALS are protectging this unauthorized construction.
I request you kindly take necessary action as per DMC ACT.

Dear Sir,I have launched last complaint against the Dust bin in C-22 Kiran Garden Uttam Nagar Main Matiala Road New Delhi 59. this is a plot which is converted into Kooda Ghar & Public Toilet. MCD people were visited but there is no solution. Please help as soon as possible.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Park full of rain water causing mosquitoes spread
I am resident of Sector-8, Dwarka. There is park in front of my house, where there is provision for artifical lake. But there is only a pit which has been dug in this park. No lake has ever been maintained. Now every rainy season, water accumulates in this pit, which causes, mosquitoes spread in area. This again leads to Dengue and other ailments.My house address is H. No.1, Block-D, Sec-8, Dwarka.
Request you to kindly fill up this pit so that mosquitoes spread can be stopped.
