[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

this is to inform you that since the closure of the dust bin near Sai baba mandir ,sector-7 rohini people are facing lots of problem for waste disposal. waste collecting van provided in this area is not regular. sweeper collects the waste from streets and collect on roadside in heaps twice a week. it may remain there for 2-3 days. if the collecting van is asked to take the take the uprooted plants or branches of a tree they reply you back that it is not their work .Can you please guide are these not essential services which should be provided to the citizens of Delhi or please let me know whom to contact?

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — stray dogs terror

There are lot of stray dogs in our colony and kept terror on the Roads.It is very difficult for the children to move in the colony.These dogs in group attack on 2 wheeler riders.

MCD councilor only comes at the time of election and MCD officer for the bribe for illigel matters.MCD is most bother about the Taxes and colllection.Who will look after the cleanliness and safety of these colonies.

THE MATTER IS SERIOUS AND THESE DEAF WILL LISTEN ONLY AFTER SOME MISHAPPENINGS.

ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction on House No. D-44, Kamla Nagar, DELHI is in progress. Owner (Krishan Kumar) is unauthorizedly constructing the building from Ist floor to Third floor without any sanction plan passed by MCD, thereby blocking air and light passage to all neighbour Building. If immediate action by MCD is not taken to stop this unauthorized construction, the owners of all the three floor, So i shall have no alternative to go the court.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — situation of roads and Drains

The streets especially Lane No. 5 of friends colony and the one under the metro line seems to never been made.Garbage lies here and there and the Drains are broken and are also full of garbage .
Sweeper comes on work once in a while. there is dust all over the place due to roads in bad condition.
Can anyone help regrading this

Not only Lane No. 5 but Lane no.6 and 8 are also in worst condition.

About myself, My name is Deepak kumar living in pooth kalan, Near rohini sector 20, New delhi - 110086. I want to bring in your knowledge, our area in pooth kalan location (Panchghara area) sweepers is not working properly, Whenever we speak to them to clear our drains, he has disobeying direct, and said, we are not working of your drains and also say if you want to complaints, then can do. And his senior (Vinod) who handle all sweepers in our area. He has also misguided us. we are very bother, our drains is full, and 1 sweeper is always doing insolence (Asharam). I want to just confirm to Municipal Department please solve this problem and take immediate action ASAP.

I have to inform you that the authorised/illegal constructions are in progress in the following area:-

1. 17, Bhogal Road, Jangpura, New Delhi. In this regard, it is stated that the construction is going in the night, therefore, no police authority and your officials are not able to see. U R requested to kindly visit at above address, especially inside the property, where on 2/3 floors constructions is in full swing.

2. Shri Bhal Singh and his brothers, who are owners of 11/4, Bhogal Road, Property was given their property to the builders and without passing any map/permission from you, the constructions is in full swing. All ready two roofs have been made and basement facilility is also being constructed and 3 roofs yet to be made. In additon to above, there is no norms as prescriebd by the government/MCD adopted, regarding gathering of run water, parking etc.


In view of the above, you are, requested to kindly take immediate action against the owners of the aforesaid property, as per rules.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — cleaning of illegal radriwalas from the roads

Sir/Madam,
I am a shopkeeper in the Uttam Nagar mkt(Main najafgarh road),near metro piller no.660. I want to complaint against MCD Dept whose duty is to make sure that main road should be clean from any illegal redriwalas, fruit's stalls or any other illegal enchroachments from the road.I want to complaint against all those policemen who take bribe from these redriwalas and just do acting of pushing them out of their area for 10-15 min. And again these redriwals appears on the main road and block the traffic. please make sure that all these redriwalas are removed from these roads permanently.

There is a lot of illegal construction are leading in lado sarai near hanuman mandir
galiyon mein shor ne jeena haram karke rakha hai log 5 - 5 manzilein chadhane mein lage hue hain.

Manholes — Uncovered Manholes

This refers to Narmada Apartments In Alaknanda, New Delhi.

Manholes across the apartments are uncovered. They are just having iron rods protruding over them and at many places the rods are broken. In many incidents children have fallen down in the manhole and the iron rods have just pierced their legs or other parts of the body. THE RWA cites its inability saying that this is the job of MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF DELHI who does not listen. How long can we sit as silent spectators and see our children being hurt greviously. This has injured many of the children and we dont know who to complain to or who should take the blame. All civic bodies just pass on the buck.
I hope someone will pay heed to this complaint.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — road closed from the last 20 days

This is to bring to your kind notice that the Main Road of Palam Colony i.e. from SadhNagar -KailashPuri - Indra Park - Sagarpur (Both East & West) - Janakpuri D-Block is blocked since 20 days. The main road has been broken and blocked near sagarpur mandi from the last 20 days and don't know how much more time they will take.

The road is connected to Dwarka and most of the vehicles travel by this road. I sure you that all of our MLAs and Consulars of different Areas are aware of this project but nobody is taking any necessary decission on this.

Eventhough the Autowalas are charging 10 Rs. per head instead of 5 Rs. which they were getting before digging of the road. If some one argues they didn't boared that person in their Auto.

We are facing very difficulties. I don't know whether you are aware of this matter or not. If not then please look into the matter on top priority or you can visit the area in any time and ask from the persons.

REMOVAL OF DEBRIS COLLECTED FROM THE CLEANING OF THE STORM WATER DRAIN.
ITS HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO WEEKS NOW THAT NOBODY HAS CLEANING THE DEBRIS WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY THE CLEANING OF THE STORM WATER DRAIN IN VASANT ENCLAVE IN FRONT OF FLAT NUMBER 407.

the illigal construction in our area at Radhey Shyam Park, street ration wali, Delhi-110051
at House No, 54, Radhey Shyam Park, Gali Ration Wali, Delhi-110051, by a BSES Officer and his another 3 brothers at house NO. 54.

Every day truck material and labur loudly voice and construction machine make a voice pollution in our area at House No, 54 Radhey Shyam Park, Delhi-110051

the building built is 4 story and a basement in the following address. this is a tottaly illigal contruction. we have already lodge a complain in a MCD office at Geeta Colony, but no action against this construction. Please take immediate action and stop the unauthorised construction.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — unauthorized constructions and attempt to construct stairs on open land/public land

There is unauthorized construnction in property no. E-21 / 238, SECTOR-3 ROHINI.thereby built four floors for the purpose of sale and attempt to encroach on public land by trying to raise unauthorised stairs outside of the plot no.

In Delhi, can we give shape L.I.G flats to M.I.G flats. Is there any rule in Delhi that we can increase our flat size, i think everyone can do it. Because it is happened in our society. I want that you should take action for the matter. The home's address which increased their house is 16-B L.I.G Flats, Rampura. Delhi-110035.

MCD — Dirty area

Good Evening,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i m resident of below colony but somehow its very dirty and smelly area at our back door thousand of times i had submitted request to our area department (SUDESH WATI) no such action taken place now i am mailing to you so that you must take some action or give some special order to the concern department to clean the area.

Municipal Corporation is not bothered about hell of situation under Jahangir Puri Metro Station. Industrial wastes and Gutter water is concentrated on Roads. Roads are in such a bad situation that any one can face fatal accident.
Corporation is sleeping and awake only if epidemics occurs or some one will die.
