Dear Sir,

I myself and also on behalf of various residents of Gali No.4, Dharam Pura Gandhi Nagar Delhi (Shahdra South Zone). I would like to bring to your notice that Mr.Komal Singh the Residents of 9/3160, Gali No.4, Dharam Pura Gandhi Nagar, are doing illegal and unauthorized construction since two months and making several floors with the help of some Police Men and MCD staff etc He had build five floor and that two without any support, also the material used is not up to mark and the floors can collapse any time.
( Which will remind us incidents of Lalita Park )and have encroached the Main Running Road with the help of iron pipes, pillars and Iron chains (For Their on parkings), marbles, old water tanks, garbage etc.in front of their homes and touching which has led to the shortening of the space available for pathways, parking and public movements.

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized construction or also if possible please also check their proper building plans and I am very much sure that it will be all unauthorized constructions from map accepted from your department. And if they found guilty then you are also requested to SEAL their premises with immediate effect.

In anticipation of your valued corporation and immediate action in this regards and obliged.

I have also made a verbal complaint in your control room vide complaint. I am looking forward to your co-operation and support.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Overflowing due to blockage of Sewer Line

Dear Sir,
We are the resident of Tigri Colony New Delhi 110062. There are blockage of sever line for last one week and everyday we are facing lots of problem due to ignorance of MCD. I tried many times to complain regarding the problem but they are not responding any more and if I complain to their senior they are not taking any action. Our children have health problem due to dirty and smelly water which is running in the lane throughout the day.
you are requested to inspect the area and go through the problem and resolve it at the earliest.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Blocked Sewage Line

Hi,
I'm the resident of Bhai Parmanand Colony(W),Delhi-9.We are facing problem of blocked sewage due to which our toilets are choked.After every 10-12 days,sewages get blocked.We have made several complaints to get them cleaned properly but the MCD workers and staff do not pay heed to what we say so i request to the concerned authorities to address the complaint asap.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Road Breakage

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Road ahead of main crossing at Kanjhawala Road/ Mangolpuri/ Budh Vihar towards Kanjhawla is badly damaged from last six months and due to that every day big jam is created over the red light. There are big holes on the main road, where thousands of vehicle pass throughout the day.

Request the authorities and look into the matter and organise to have the road prepared at the earliest in the interest of citizens of the area.

Janak Setu Flyover (Nangal Raya) is under repair since June 2011 but till now flyover is not complete. Some time ago I have seen personally, there is no man at work there, What is the reason for this? Sir, Every man is facing the traffic problem in this area. Number of patient is facing the traffic problem in this area perhaps someone will be died due to not reaching at time in hospital.

Sir, you are requested to kindly take the stick action and help for every one. Please advise us how much time you will take for compete this flyover.

mr. balvir s. chhonkar, who resides in 96- B, (mayur vihar phase 1 pocket 1 delhi 91) is doing an illegal construction. he is trying to cover the green area. we all have really tired objecting him but he is not stopping at any cost. he is spreading crap all around the place. please do the needful.

He has blocked the road also. everyone are facing problems.

A speedy action needs to be taken against these people so that incidents like the one in laxmi nagar are not repeated. If the dept. acts in time many lives can be saved.

We think that you will take a fast action against the culprits and take them to task.

This is with reference to complaint against illegal construction of plot and unauthorized hotel running in 273, Jheel Khuranja Old Sabji Mandi Near Geeta Colony Police Station.. The construction covered with four floors and raw material used in house is very low quality it is very risky for the people who are living inside home as well as for neighbors.. And the plot covered with rented people the owner not registered the names in local police station.. The photo uploaded show you the clear picture of illegal construction of third floor..

Kindly request you to take serious action against this plot for our safety..

SUBJECT- Illegal Construction on the roof of the fourth floor

I am resident of New Sahib Pura, Tilak Nagar, In our area there is illegal construction going on the roof of the fourth floor and the address of that building is wz-26/1 New Sahib Pura, Tilak Nagar, Near crpf Camp, Nile Patke Vala Gurudwara, delhi- 110018. Now the problem is that the construction is very dangerous for the building and for that area but there is nobody to complaint becoz the property dealer who is involved in this construction that people are not good. Please stop this construction becoz if in future there will be any harm happened than in that case MCD Department will be responsible.I hope for the positive action from the department.This information is enough to take action against them becoz fifth floor is not allowed.The name of the constructer is Manjeet Kaur. Please do Something .

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Garbage collection

Garbage is getting accumulated near Promise Society, F-Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. This is happening for the last 5 months. Complaints made but is of no help. We fear disease will break out. The Jhuggi Clusters are randomly throwing garbage on the road and it has become difficult to venture out as bad smell is every where. We need help through this column.

this is in reference to the illegal construction going in my neighbourhood. i have complaint alot against it in mcd. bt no issues have been cleared. they are carrying their work without any trouble. they are exceeding their carpet area against the norms. they are spreading dust all around. please take the immediate action against the owner mr. chhonkar, 96 B mayur vihar pocket 1 phase 1 delhi 91.

MCD — ROAD DAMAGE

After a long disappointment, I am writing to you in hope that you will respond quickly to my suggestion and complaint. I am living in Azadpur area. I have to commute daily many time and the road condition at Rameshwar nagar, Azadpur is not well. Due to which long traffic jams happen and because of that everyone suffer. I request you that please take some immediate steps in this action and please let us know what action you have taken so far.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — WATER FLOWING & Non removal of the Garbage

Dear Sir,

We are Residing at E Block Near Sarvodhya School, D.D.A Flat Bindapur, Dwarka, New Delhi. This is inform you that all the resident off the locality are facing Several problem like
• Sewer overflowing on Street Road when rain is falled. Even water coming in the taps is full of dirt and waste material. When rain is falling water overflow on the knees. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road .

• About garbage and water logged behind School which is thrown by the People besides School School Children & people always struggle to walk. there is nobody can pass without covering of there nose because the smell is very bad. The living conditions are pathetic and worsen day by day with mosquitoes growing and foul smells making it difficult to pass through Because of this problem, many peoples got affected in Dengue Fever. So we want to know then who will remove those garbage. There is no body is taking care from the Delhi govt.

We request you please do something.

When there is a shortage of water in Delhi and there is excess rainfall even than water regularly overflows from the tanks in G.K.1 colony considered to be the posh colony of Delhi. for example S-381. Storage of water on the roads gives rise to many diseases. The flat owners have been requested number of times but withou any result. I request you to kindly tale some action.

MCD And Bases — tree jutting over electric wires and over to my roof and road did by mcd about year ago

A tree opposite my house F-454,Vikas Puri is jutting over electric wires and over to my roof. During rains electric current spread over and posed great risk to our life.When Mr. Bhardwaj in BSES was contacted, he assured to have the tree cut ,but did not do despite talking to him a number of times.Even MCD authorities did not care. A road dig behing out house about a year ago is yet to be filled up.
Apparently,MCD authorities and BSES do not care for the lives of their citizens. Wish could act immediately .Kindly help me

Sir,

WE have resident of RADHEY SHYAM PARK, STREET NO.4, GALI RATION WALI, DELHI-110051. There is illegal construction going on above Address, (which is occupied by four Brothersr). These occupiers have illegally constructed four story building with basement.

I have spoken to them number of times and have told them to stop construction as we have facing lot of problem and harassment. We cannot standing outside the home as a result of heavy seepage, but these gentlemens do not listen. Hence this letter of complaint.

I would therefore request you to take immediate action against the residents of flat No. 54 RADHEY SHYAM PARK, STREET NO.4, GALI RATION WALI, DELHI-110051, and pass necessary orders to demolish illegal construction. Please treat this matter very urgent. I shall be grateful to you.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — non removal of garbage

in our society shatri nagar (A block part). non removal of garbage is a serius problemb the garbage collecters are not coming properly . they come 2 times in week and our dustbin is going to overloaded with garbage . lot of smell and insect are growing over them. these garbage collectors charge us 80-100 rupees for nothing and always telling us to increase thier fee for nothing . plzz do some measures to avoid this situaton.
