Nokia — unethical dealer

i had bought a nokia mobile.model 6233.bill date:11/03/2008.bill no:04503 from OMKAR TELECOM situated at mira road[e].on 12/07/08 my mobile started to malfunction.on putting it to charge it displayed "CHARGER NOT SUPPORTED"...i took it to OMKAR TELECOM.there i was told that the problem is with the handset and not the charger..i asked for a repair as it has a 1 year warranty...on this i was asked to surrender my handset for atleast 25-30 days...the dealer just did not want to talk to me and said he is not responsible for the delay...its from the so-called-by-him HEAD OFFICE of NOKIA CARE...its just three months friends...how cud i give them the handset for 25-30 days...and may i ask the nokia people whom shud i hold responsible for such matters...on further negotiations i was asked to leave the premises in a rather unethical manner...we trust you nokia...and thats why we buy nokia products...please help...we will want to see who is important for nokia, , , , the dealers or the consumers...

Nokia1600 And Nokia5300 — Bad experience and negligence nokia customer care centre

I Dr. Ramesh Babu, purchased teh Nokia 1600 and Nokia 5300 but within a 7 months both the mobile got problem with software and battery problem. when i went to customer care they are not ready to do the repair and they scholding teh customers. I fade up with bad experience and behaviour of cusomer acre with the customers. Then i went outside shop and recovered the mobile. I think this this the worst service in evergreen. If this the case follows, I think customer will offer another mobile rather the Nokia. I think you can realise after this complaint and do the needful

Nokia India Ltd — Service

I had parches above mention phone on2/5/2008. yesterday i got problem on moblie. The problem was my phone didnt get on. so i went to customer care at Nokia Rarhythms, at baroda. The person to whom i shown my phone she didnot know how to open the phone battery cover and she is telling me that my phone is dead. And my phone is opened by unauthorised persone. which i had not done it. Achuall i had not opend my phone any where.Hope fully you people give me proper solution about my phone. and u can contact me any time on above mention contcat no as soon as posible.

Nokia — please help

i'm sorry this is a not a complaint but i need help...my cell fell down and its screen does not show anything...just a few coloured lines...i guess the screen configuration is disturbed...please can anyone immediately tell me whether the data will be retrievable or not...it will remain in the SIM?...and can the screen be repaired?...it's the inner screen not the outer one...please help immediately

Nokia — Theft of mobile parts given for repair at authorised service centre at bittan market, bhopal

dear sir,
this is to bring to your note that i gave my phone (nokia 6070 imei no. [protected]) to m/s sameer music on around 14-15th of June, 2008(Authorised nokia repair centre at Bittan Market, Bhopal, for a fault of keypad not working which was returned back to me saying that the problem can not be sorted out.The mobile was working when given for repair but it was totally stop when returned.On checking it keenly I found that an ic below sim card slot was missing.I went 3-4 times to check about my mobile and almost each occassion I found several people being cheated in similar manner by this so called the authorised service centre of NOKIA.No evidence is left with the customer as the job-sheet is taken back at the counter.
I hope that you may be able to do something to stop this cheating with the customers by this particular service centre.
I think job No and the EMI no of the setmay be traced from the computer system of the repair centre.

i have purchase a new handsate nokia- 5300xpressmusic, on the date 19/01/2008 in jalna (maharashtra) from your authorized dealer named BAJAJ MOBILES sindhi panchayat, devalgao raja road, new jalna.in earlier months. i have repaired my mobile up to 3/4 times in nokia care jalna and aurangabad.but i have still facing the following problems.

I have been nokia customer since last 10 years and its really disturbing to see that nokia these days open small small nokia service centers in most of the localities but the services provided are really bad, i have given my nokia cell 6070 to the lacal nokia service center, it had only problem of key pad where the last keys were not working, thats it nothing else was the problem they said that they will change the key pad, key pad plate and the charges would be Rs 740/-, it took 5 days to return the handset, at the time i took the handset from them they asked me to check the keys, they were working fine but the moment i came back and tried to call some one it automatically got switched off and after that in every second its getting switched off then after i tried to call the nokia care person who has returned the handset, he said there must be some water inside the set and we cant take guarentee now, which he never said before...my appeal to you is that a common man can not afford to buy cell phones ever year and pay for it repair every month and then too does not get it repaired...i hope there is some one to listen to such complaints...

My name is Devang Chaudhari, i am using Nokia N-gage QD cell phone, I have AIRTEL connection, also i am using AIRTEL GRPS on my cell phone.i was downloading one software named "Startup_ur_cellas_pc.sis" from "mobile.wapain.net". That software having some VIRUS, i had installed that software, it installed on phone memory automatically, after restarting mobile, startsup screen changed.it displays "U G A - Your Soul has Lost".then nothing.after that is displays same continuously.nothing is happened.i take my cell to local mobile repairer, gettting formated, flashing.but it doesn't work.still my QD not working. The mobile repairer said the VIRUS had blocked IMEI number of QD. I am i am not understanding what to do?please help me some one.i love my cell QD so much. QD is my first and last cell phone.so please give me some way.

Nokia Make Mobile Phone Model 6151 — Manufacturing defect in Handset

resp. sir,
I had purchased a new hand set of Nokia Make 6151 Model from Ahyja Electronics, Amravti (Maharashtra) under invoice No. 8232 on Dt. 28.04.2007.

But i found key pad hang problem on dt. 25.08.2007 for that i had contact to Nokia Care, and he had clean the hand set and return back it to me, but after 3 days same problem accure again, than he said that this problem is not cure at hear so he had forward my hand set under job sheet no.[protected]/070830/24 on dt. 30.08.2007 and after 45 days coutinous followup my handset get back but again the same problem is found in this handset. So again Nokia care forwarded my handset under job sheet No.[protected]/071024/5 on dt. 24.11.2007 after 15 days i get back this hand set in repaired condition.

Now again the same problem accured in my handset on dt. 02.07.2008 Now nokia dealer is saying that garantee period is completed now so we cant do any thing for that.

so i kindy request you please replace this handset immediately or refund the money of my handset, other wise i have to go through the procedure of Consumer Court.

Please take an immediate action and oblidge.
