E 90, Nokia, — Part to be replaced out of stock, 3 wks

I had bought my E 90 set in July last year and was very happy with it. I am a surgeon and use the set for daily appointments, surgery schedules and clinical pictures of patients and xrays. I am virtually handicapped without it. what was initially suggested as maximum 10 days service period, has stretched on to almost 3 wks, with no hope. Customer care keeps taking you around with choices whenever ask for executive. This site shows Job sheet status as closed and sent to L3 while my local Nokia Care at Malviya Nagar says part is awaited.
Things happen, but there has to be a system. Either I am given a realistic estimate and a hand set with above features so that my professional work doesn't suffer or just replace the piece with immediate effect. Someone up there needs to take the decision keeping customer's needs in consideration.

3250 Nokia Cell Phone — extraordinary delay in in repairing the mobile

i have given my 3250 model mobile for repair at NOKIA CARE (HCL) AT MOUNT ROAD, CHENNAI on[protected] at 13.17 Hrs. The delivery date is on[protected]. But, whenever i enquired the status of the mobile the people at the service center, are telling that we are waiting for a component. please help me in this regard.Is it very difficult to repair 3250 model cell phone. i purchased that mobile at Rs.18, 000. Being such a costly mobile i am very much disspointed about the service support from nokia care(HCL). PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD. THE JOBSHEET NO.[protected]

Cellone Plan - 123 (Nokia 1108) — Non functioning of Travel Information Option & Delay in Availability of Monthly Bills.

Sir, My Cell No is [protected]. I Have Plan -123 connection. The options under cellone menu like Travel information are not functioning. The matter has been reported to Visakhapatnam Exchange, but no action has been initiated till date.
More over, there is abnormal delay in getting monthly bills by Post. Even we are not getting information regularly well in advance of payment date by SMS or even the bills are not available in NET till 10th-11th of every month, though the bill date is 5th of every month.
Please look into the matter.

Nokia N73 Music Version — Not Working properly

I am a nokia customer. My model no is nokia n73m . IMEI no is [protected]. I am not satisfied with this mobile. I just want to know that does this model support animated wallpapers? And any voice can be recorded for several 1 minute only. But i want a continious voice recording. Is this popsicle?

Nokia 6060 Handset — repair

I had puchased the set on 3/2/08 at jamshedpur.after using 2 months only ring tone was breaking. I made contact with Nokia Care Centre at Jamshedpur on 16/04/08 and submit the set for repair. My job sheet no is[protected]/080416/15.Jamshedpur centre could not repair the set and sent to Calcutta Till date I have not received the set. Several times I enquierd at Jamshedpur centre and got the answer that the repair job is pending due to want of spare. Even I talked to nokia careline through phone still no information got from there.
I am rearlly astonished with this kind service from Nokia care.
My request is that if the set can not be repaired then please arrange for new set because it is within warranty period.
your early action in this regards will be highly appreciated.

I have taken a phone from Reliance web world and i chosen the nokia hand set as i found it good in past. but this time it is my worst experience with nokia as i have taken this phone i think 6 or 7 months back, it got problem in 10 day after only. than i have givin it to care centre i think 5 time after that and every time they keep my phone for 15 days and give it back to me after that in the same condition and says it has got repaired.. but still i am facing the same probs. if nokia is not able to sovle my problem then make it clear to me. and if anything you want to do in the regards of mine phone on that i have got warranty ... i would like to re-emberse my money or please do replace my phone.

I am having nokia 2300 mobile set. some day ago i had a call from my friend. i had saved his number as [protected] but actually his number was [protected]. when he called me from his [protected] number his name appeared on my nokia phone screen which should not be appeared as i have saved his name by wrong number that is by [protected].
so i want to know why his name appeared being saved by wrong number.what is the reason behind this?
even when i checked his number in miss call &received calll list then number was [protected]... instead of [protected].

This is to bring in your kind attention that my mobile keypad was not working and I made a repair in the nokia care address 227, D.H Road, Kolkata-700034.The bill no. was 10398 dated 27/05/8 and my mobile IMEI No. is [protected].It cost me Rs. 1200.Then again after three days my mobile was not working and I went there.The same problem was detected by them.And again they ask me to repair the same one, which would cost me Rs. 1200 again.
