nokia6088 — no service from authorised service centre at nalanda building at ahmedabad

i had perchase new handset of nokia6088on 7 th of march and new instument was not support any handsdree and its software runs slowly and no voice clarity means its realy problematic to use this instruments i had given to nalanda complex at vastrapur area ahmedabad based service station. but they had called me twice but can not give me proper services i think company has to change instruments if they can not repair it. details given below:-

Nokia — Long Delay of 2 months to get back the phone for a minor complaint

I have given my phone(on Warranty) to HCL Nokia care at Anna salai in channei on 29th March 08. for a minor complaint ie.On/Off Switch pad Peeled off.They asked to come & collect on 31st March 08.Upon several visits, they informed I will be given a new handset as it is on Warrenty.Finally i got an sms 13th May saying "My handset is ready for collection.I reached Nokia care office, To my surprise I was given an old handset, Older than mine(mine is < 1 yearold)with '06 version loaded. There itself handset was improperly functioning & technician took it back .And asked me 1 more week time that too not confirmed.I ve been put to series of trouble for the PAST 3 MONTHS & NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING BACK OLD ROTTEN SET THAT SOMEBODY USED.For your ref: Job sheet No :[protected].I would expect decent resolution to this Complaint.

Sir this is regarding actually I had an hand set by name nokia 3230 During Rainy time some water has gone inside the mobile set after water has enter their was no display from the hand set
i took it for repair to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ( FRAZER TOWN, BANGALORE - 05 ) without warranty on 20/05/2008 and they took it with a deposit of 100 Rs. and delivery date was given on 23/05/2008 on the delivery date i was shocked to hear a call from nokia care center ( frazertown, bangalore -05 ) stating that Bootable IC had gone bad and it can't be repaired

i wanted to know whether IT IS USE AND THROW PRODUCT BECASUSE any product or manfuctured item is produced like TV / DVD / even furniture can be repaired but these nokia care center told it can't be repaired and it is waist

i took it back to some other place for servcing again i was shock to here that some main parts have been removed from the set and it is know like children toys children can play it

I THINK this is what the NOKIA customer care is cheating to the people

i went to the NOKIA care center but they act like they are geneous that nothing has been done

just some water has gone and if they say that mobile itself had gone bad its really a shock SO PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT CAN BE REPAIRED OR NOT

E-mail address:[protected]@yahoo.com. The person name is Mr Anderson .J. Maxwell. Then he asked me to pay the Fedex courier charges i.e. 420 pounds to his Accounts Officer Mrs. Ella Wayne, RECEIVER'S COUNTRY:17 CRICKLEWOOD BROADWAY, LONDON, NW24 89JH which i have did. Then again he asked me to pay for British inland tax i.e. 1650 pounds which again i paid to Mrs. Ella. Now again they are asking me to pay 10650 pounds as fee for the European Fund Clearance Certificate. But i replied to them that it is unfair but they have not replied to me. Till now i have paid 2070 pounds.Mr. Anderson other telephone number are [protected], +[protected].
