Nokia — Cell Phone Lost/ Bill Not Received
My cell no is[protected] and today i lost my cell. Please deactivate my phone till you hear from me. Any way I get the same no. on a new instrument ?Besides, I did not receive my bill last month and I had to have a duplicate bill taken out from the Vodafone outlet nearby. This month again the bill has not been received yet.
Please do the needful and oblige.

Nokia 5300 Express — 5300 music express cell not working properly
Hi,I purchased a nokia cell model no : 5300 Music express having the IMEI # [protected] from the dealer named "The Mobile Store" 487/2, CMH road, Binnamangala first stage, Indira nagar, Bangalore.
vide invoice number KA/01415/00001/3184 dated 08th March 2008.
Problem Summary:
Within 3 months of purchase, the cell wasn't detecting the memory card. I immediately took the mobile to the nearest Nokia Care centre run by "Samvradhi Technologies" in 5th block Koramangala.
They created a job sheet (job 5806 dated 31/05/2008) and asked me to come after 2 hrs of time. Reply, i got from them was that the mobile phone was completely tampered and the chips were heated and glued.
They provided me the jobsheet with the reason being that the mobile was "Badly Tampered (RWR)) Tampered near MMC IC and Network Section".
I was in a situation to explain them that, it is not possible for an external person to tamper, as i never took to any local mobile phone service shop. I also stated the fact that the set is within the warranty period and it wasnt necessary for me to take the same to a local dealer rather than to an authorised nokia service centre.
Claim Points:
1. If the set has not been taken to any unauthorised person, how is the instrument tampered if what the service centre says is correct. Did i buy an already tampered mobile from the dealer?
After a paying a huge amount of Rs 6270 mainly for the special features in the mobile, and if that feature is not functioning whats the use. It still works like a basic model which can be purchased for less than 1000rs.
i request you to kindly consider this as Urgent and take up the matter with the manufacturer for replacement of the phone.
If i am not satisfied with their outcome on this issue, i will have to take this one step ahead and file a case forthis in the consumer court.
Its good to have many nokia outsourced centres across the country for easy access. But i am really sorry to say that the way they behave and handle the customers is very bad. This inturn spoils the repute of such a big company like Nokia. I request you to provide quality service to quality customers to sustain the name established.

I have one cdma cell..it is [protected].when i gave my cell to nokia care it was working.my job sheet no. was[protected]/080519/43.when i recevied my cell after serviing, it was n't working.they told me "go to relince web world".as suggesion i went there after one web people told me "go to nokia care" agian i visited there and gave my cell this time my job seet no is[protected]/080602/44.after 20 days i got my cell from nokia care.they gave me written statement"the RSN is reported lost"when i got RSN from reliance again it is not working..i am much because of this.monday onward i m going to consumer court...my no is [protected]

Nokia 6681 Model — Repairs required not carried out
1. I gave the cell phone NOKIA Model No. 6681 for repair of defect "NOT CHARGING" on 25 Jun 2008 at Nokia Care shop FONEPLANET, N G ACHARYA MARG, CHEMBUR, MUMBAI 400071. I was told it is "Liquid Damage" case & would cost Rs 550/- & will be repaired by Company experts at HO Andheri. (JOB SHEET No.[protected] / 080625 / 14 Dated 25 Jun 2008)2. Today, 02 Jul 2008, I was informed it can not be repaired & to collect back the set.
3. I asked for the Contact No. / address of Customer Care Manager / any responsible Nokia Manager, I was curtly told this information can not be give as it is CONFIDENTIAL.
4. I am unable to accept that NOKIA experts are not competent enough to rectify such trivial defect. However it gives me the feeling that NOKIA as a Corporate totally lacks in "customer care", although company would keep on feeding the public with one sided campaign to prove their CARE for CUSTOMER.
5. I hope NOKIA as a corporate, would try sincerely to improve its image in my country INDIA

Nokia E90 - I — Switched off
I have bought the Nokia E 90 on 9/08/2007 from dubai under warranty. IMEI no [protected] Battery No BP[protected] i had my mibile slightly wet in rain, which switched off and never got on, After this status i have searched Nokia service through Internet and handed to one customer care in purasawakkam on 23/06/2008.After two days he first demanded Rs 8000 from me, and then asked two days for servicing time, Now on 30 th june He says he cannot repair, no parts available.
Iam nokia customer since i have started using Nokia Mobiles since 1998 . i have regret to have purchase NOKIA, I have purchased this handet in dubai for Dirhams 3, 630-00 which is coming upto Rs 40, 000/-

Dear SirI had deposited my accessories to Infotel Services, 262 Hindusthan Park, Near Hindusthan Park Fire Brigade, Gariahat, kolkata, 700029, India on 27th December 2007. I
had visited to their office on a number of times, but every time they give next date. Last six months I had been to their office at leats 30 days and spent 2 hours to meet them. I request you to kindly forward my complaint to them with a request to return the same with a fresh one since the same is within the gurantee period,

Nokia - E90 Communicator — Nokia Care - Pathetic Services
Dear Nokia Care Manager,Very Recently, I bought Nokia E-90 Communicator Phone assuming that it's a Good Business Communicatin Phone but very soon i reallise that my decision of purchasing the phone was absolutley not correct.
This phonce gets hanged atleast 2-3 times a day while yesterday since yesterdsy it went down completely.
I escalated te issue to Nokia Care. To your surprise the first thing i was toled that all my data in my business phone would get lost. After waiting for 3 Hours at Nokia Care it was told to me that due to some technical Failure the mobile has to be sent to some other Nokia Care Centre and it will take anither 15 Days Time.
Now, I don't find any reason to trust on this Noia Product Line itself. My complete Business Data is Lost over and above i am handicapped witgout a Phone for no fault of mine. Rather, i felt herrased at the Nokia Care and also felt like that i am bagging with Nokia Care Team to recover my Data and repair my phone at the earliest.
The JobSheet Number Given to me is 02643038/080704/107. At the same point of time i have managed to register a formal complaint agaisnt the same at Nokia Customer Care after stuggleing with the support team for more than 2 hours and the Ticket number for the same is 2-35PSMD.
So Far, I have not been given any kind of assurance of my Data recovery / Mobile Repair / Time to Repair/Replacement etc...
IN SHORT, I WOULD SAY THAT TODAY I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE WORST SUPPORT PROVIDED BY NOKIA CARE SUPPORT / SUPPORT MANAGERS AT ALL THE LEVELS.
Nokia Battery Bl5c — Not getting free replacement
Dear Sir,I have registered for replacemet of battery when the Nokia first launch the site for registeration. But till date i have not received the battery. I have also taked to nokia banglore office & Bharuch customer care, They are saying thay dont have the stock so it not possible now. There no possibility that the stock will come.
