Nokia5610 xpressmusic — Poor service

I had purchased a new nokia 5610 two months back.In the last month it was automatically switched off and was not getting on.I gave it to the Nokia care, Malda(28/31 Rabindra Avenue, english bazar) in West-Bengal.According to them it was a matter of 5 days to deliver my set.But 12 days has gone and till they are saying that 7 more days to go.

Please take the necessary action at your end and try to deliver the set in this week itself.

I buy nokia 6500s phone date:24/4/08 my phone IMI no [protected] is not working proparly the incoming voise is low so give the phone in nokia care ECELL COMMUNICATION ahemedabad.. date 10/6/o8 jobsheet no[protected]/080610/33 my phone send to nokia care company delhi i received the phone date 26/6/08 The phone is not fitted well the sleider of phone is damage & key of the phone is auttomatically work i complain for it in nokia carehelp line . So i not accept the phone & given in nokia care.that time my jobsheet no:[protected]/080626/18 & also complain in nokia care help line.
Now today date 8/7/08 i receved may phone is damage the keypad of the phone ia break & slider of phone is also not working well today also i complain for it in nokia care help line complain no 2-362S1B &jobe sheet No[protected]/080626/18
Now sir i want result for that in sevenday . My new phone is tottaly damage by your service technician so i want DOA certificate for this phone.or i have only one way for complain

Nokia — POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND EXTREMELY LONG TIME IN WARRANTY REPAIR

Hi,
Like the 403 people who have suffered before me, trusting NOKIA to be a good brand and of international recognition, I purchased a NOKIA 2600 C2 from SUBHIKSHA mobile. Within 4 days there was a problem in it. I submitted the handset to NOKIA CARE centre on 25th June 2008. Till date they are not able to give an exact date as to when I will get the handset back from Warranty repair.
There is no update from NOKIA Customer care number either.
Now I keep on calling them begging to know the status of my own purchased handset with no one actually been able to tell where it is. i donot know what to do and have logged this complaint. I dont know how action wil l be taken against Nokia but do have a hope that this corporates can be taken to task

I purchase a mobile phone from The Planet, 28/31 Rabindra avenue, English bazar, malda 732101 on12.06.2006. it had tower problem &keyboard problem. I went to this shop for repair. after 7 days he gave me this but it had same problem and they return this with additional problem scratch & camical drops.After saw this i went to this shop .They exchange it with a same black coloured set. When i refuse to accept this phone they created presure & I accept this. It was also keypad problem. i told this fault but they did nothing. Now the warrenty period is over & they want money to repair it. On10.06.2008 I return this phone in same bad condition.
please do something. otherwish i will go to coart.

Dear Nokia,

I have just received a text message on my cell phone from the number +[protected] stating the eaxct following:
"Your cell phone number has won you 165, 000 Thousand Pounds in the Nokia Uk Promo. To claim email: [protected]@hotmail.com.
Tel: [protected]".
I called the number mentioned in the text message & a man picked up the phone and confirmed the sms was true & advised me to email to the mentioned email address for claiming my prize. I asked him if he was from Nokia & he said Yes it's true, Nokia has selected random numbers from all around the world for giving out this prize. I said how did you get my number? He replied by saying that Nokia has access to all registered numbers in the wrold.He didn't sound like he is in an office, he didn't sound professional at all, I heard traffic noise, and he had an arabic accent.
Can you please advise me to do what regarding this sms?
