Nokia C - 3 — new purchase but working not properly

Dear Sir,
I purchase two Nokia mobile model E-5 Rs 9200/= &C-3 Rs 5900/= on dated[protected] from Ganapati Mobiles Shri Ram Tower ashok marg Lucknow C-3,first day charging mobile fully charge in 7 or 8 hours, and not working in full day evening at 9.or 9.30 pm switch off ,again charging mobile in whole night but not working in 7or 8 hours so I complaint in your service centre Aryans Communication 6-B Park Road Hazratganj Lucknow Mr Prateek change my mobile battery but no solve my problem mobile battery backup only 7or 8 hours only, after one week again complaint Mr Prateek
Mr Prateek is my mobile send to service and return my mobile after one week with confidently but mobile battery backup same as previous after sometimes Handset gets hang while receiving the calls and battery backup problem again complaint Mr Prateek receive my mobile and deliver after one week with OK. and after some days increase another problem in my mobile Handset automatically charging properly again complaint Mr Prateek said your set sent to Nokia service centre for replace but after one week same mobile deliver and Mr Prateek told me your mobile service in Nokia service centre and return with OK,
But not function in my mobile properly and battery backup still today. So I request you Pl change my mobile set earliest .

I had insurance with oriental insurance company for my nokia2730 ..but my mobile unfortunately thefted..i logged complaint to police ..and i given all the proof to ORIENTAL
INSURANCE company..MY application got approval of RS2400...then i approached to ORIENTAL INSURANCE company, They tells your application is laps we could not given............ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY IS CHEATING COMPANY ITS TRUE .. so dear viewers don't take any insurance policy ....

Nokia India Mobile — regarding nokia for my handset

DEAR SIR,
i have submit my mobile at Nokia care Agra ( simran electronics, 65 Nehru nagar Agra ). date 13-711 after 4 or 5 services for 2 days. the company associate told me they returned my mobile within two days but they take approx 10 days n give me another mobile but that mobile comparatively not equalvilant in function of my nokia c-5 mobile so i denied to receive that particular mobile, after that i complaint to Bangalore office but they told me they give me better rep with in two day, now the whole month has spend but the company and nokia care agra not listen me properly n they extend the time regularly.
i m tired to request them to return my mobile but they ignored me and not replying me properly now i want to return my money back.
please help me regarding this complaint

Nokia — poor quality E7 accessories

Dear Nokia Area Manager,,
This complaint is with respect to Nokia E7 accesory (pouch..Purchased for Rs.900.00/- )purchased from Nokia priority shop in arthur bunder road, colaba, mumbai 05, Tel:[protected]...
within 2 months of purchase the plastic frames started breaking and the phone now slips out eaisly...when i approached the shop, they told me tha pouch doesnt carry any warranty and could not help...
I have purchsed Nokia premium phone E7 expecting its accessories will have min standard...or else i could have purchased same looking mob pouch from the sreets for 100 buks...
Very poor customer care from the priority shop!!!!!

My father lost his Nokia Handset on 16th July 2011, when we were on a tour to South India, is it possible to get the handset back ? The lost mobile's number was [protected] (BSNL prepaid connection). I dont have the IMEI number, but you can get it from call logs. Also you may get the mobile number and location of the person who is currently using this handset.

Pls note the Poice really dis not help in getting the mobile..

Nokia — problem in handset

I have purchased nokia Handset 5310 xpress music on 13/10/10 from No kia priority shop shree olympus, G.M.College Road ,Sambalpur.vide bill no3444 in the name of my son Sidharta Suri with one year warranty.
On 22/08/2010 I found that our phone is completely dead and I send my staff to Nokia care centre for repairing of the same.The authorised person at nokia centre told my staff to bring the original bill along with mobile because it is not repairable. And today i.e.on 26/08/10 I again send my staff along with original bill to Nokia care centre they directly deny to replace the same saying that you have dismentle the set at any local repairer which is not true. So I request Nokia company to interfere in the matter and settle the issue at an earliest otherwise I dont have other choice than to take shelter of court of law. Once again I request you to solve my problem otherwise today onwards NO-KIA to NOKIA

Nokia — headset

Dear sir,
I have the honor to state that I have purchased a nokia mobile model C6-00 on 13mar2011 invoice number is 34338 of Rs 11900/- INR. Which IME number are [protected].

Further I state that the day I brought this headset it has got problem in touch pad I have requested to nokia helpline number [protected] for replacement of headset. Customer representative insist me that sir you have to keep this phone as per company standing rules we cannot change the piece which has crossed 48 hours after purchase time. So I approached the nokia care Dandia Bazar.[protected] for repair of touch pad. After 15 days I got headset back.
Again after four months in Aug 2011 it has got many problems like touch pad not working headset hanging even sometimes call attending or disconnecting button does not function.
On 23Aug 2011 I visited on token number 73 at nokia care info city gandinagar [protected]. They have escaped themselves by telling that sir we don’t have spare parts and ensured me that within two days they will call me back.

Respected sir, I did not get call back till now. I am totally fed-up with this headset and it has consumed my lot of precious time. Being a consumer nokia company has made a fraud with me by selling faulty headset and I have been cheated.

Kindly put your best efforts and by taking necessary action please solve this case as soon as possible. i will be grateful to you.

I geve my nokia phone C6-00 to gupta associates.The phone is only 20 days old and handsfree was working properly. They have taken the handset on 20th Aug-11, but Its not clear when they will me my phone, since I call them up and every time they say that it will take more 10 - 15 days, firstly they told me that your handset will be reday in 7 days. their servie is so poor and their employees are so rude and unprofessional.
