Nokia — mishandling of mobile and bad after sella services

i have given my nokia 5200 mobile phone which was under guarantee for repair in nokia care of shakarpur-110092 delhi. and i have given to repair for my voice clarity problem and after a month of their repairing work they have send me my cell with a damaged camera ( which was functioning properly earlier) and now they are not accepting their fault and are not repairing it or taking any further positive action to make my cell function properly

i am from iran.yesterday it cames an sms on my cell phone and sad that i am the winner of the ongoing nokia promo for claims:[protected] is it true or its a joke. if its true, can you give me some informations, my E-mail addres is mahmood.[protected]@yahoo.com

how can Nokia award such an enermous amount to so many people around the world. this is the biggest LIE! i have read sent from the biggest LIAR!. i wish to get this guy and tell him/she not to do it again, because it hurts people to think of such an impossible amount to get.

I have own a Nokia Mobile model # 5610, in july 2008. Now I am regreting by buying this product due to follwing ...



1) Noking had given me 1 yr of warenty period. Near about 15 days before my moble had proble with Display. When I had visited the Nokia Care( Sheetla Wll Service), they told me that I have to change the disply and this is not covered under Warenty as it was affected by water) But believe me I am taking utmost care of my mobile & there was chance of touch with water. Then I had made repair by paying money.



2) Now I had agin the visited the same Nokia Care center ( Sheetla Wll Service), there is some lose contact in the music switch, which was working very well before repir. When I had ingtimated the same, the executive replied very roughly " You should have noticed this at the time of delivery of your phone).



This is really fraustrating to me !!! Now i am thinking it was better, if I would purchase any other mobile instead of Nokia. This not expected from a company like a Nokia. I am also working in a Private Company, But I know, what is Customer Satisfaction.

And I am going to file case against Nokia in Consumer Court very soon. I would suggest strongly every one not buy Nokia Products as they are just cheaters ...!!!

I had recieved an sms stating:

Nokia celebrates 40 years.Your number has won 300, 000 pounds in the Nokia Awards.To claim this send e-mail to [protected]@live.co.uk

Surely this is not true..
Please let me know abt the genuinity of this sms..
Also I don't want everyone out there to get caught with such offers..

it has a noise on it's screen or speaker. which the technecian hasn't beeen able to remove it

Your service centre at Noida branch has the worst servicing facility. Instead of having a brand name in Telecom Industry your service centre facilities are going worst day by day.
A customer has to wait for a month for a small problem. And your executive never confirms the exact scenario and they keep on extending the times.
