Nokia Cell Phone - N - 85 — MAIN CAMERA NOT FUNCTIONING.

Respected Sirs :

I had purchased one Nokia N85 Set from Their Authorized retail outlet - Mobile Store, Salt Lake, Kolkata, on 19.11.08 Sl No [protected] for Rs 24199/-. After 2-3 month o[censored]sing, the key pad were not functioning and finally this was reported to the NOKIA Service Centre At Sector V, Salt Lake on 21.2.09.

They told me to keep the set for an hour, but end of the day they said it requires to be sent to their
Delhi Office and the job would take 15 days time atleast. They issued a service tag no[protected]/090221/10. The set was then returned back to me on 9th Mar09 and I noticed that they
had damaged the main camera of my set and i am not able to shoot any image with that. The Camera
was of 5 mega pixel and the images are looking hazy now. This was again reported to them vide mail
dated 9th Mar09, but they had not responded to that also. It appears they do not bothers a small customer like me.

In this situation, being an unfortunate consumer I am now praying before your honour to give me
justice as deemed fit.

Shall be highly obliged for any suitable action from your kind control.

Nokia — DELAYING IN REPAIRING AND AFTERWARDS GIVING IT UNREPAIRED SAYING THAT ITS GUARANTE IS VOID

I BOUGHT A NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA FROM SATGURU TELECOM (ROORKEE) AND IT BECAME DEAD WITHIN 20 DAYS AND NOKIA CARE (KAPIL ENTERPRISES) DELAYS OF 50 DAYS IN REPAIRING AND AFTERWARDS GIVE IT BACK TO ME UNREPAIRED SAYING THAT ITS GUARANTEE IS VOID BUT I HAVE NOT REPAIRED IT OUTSIDE NOT GIVEN MY MOBILE TO ANY SHOP.

i had a problem with my head set i am using 6500 and i bought an separate head set from nokia show room a boom head set HS 81 and after few months i had problem i was not able to hear music in that phone so i gave it to the customer care in purasaivakkam chennai and they told they would replace it back and they asked me to come after 15 days i went to collect the head set and they told me that the Nokia has not given you HS 81 but they have given you HS 82 i told them HS 81 is costlyier so i asked them to replace it and you are only giving me the same HS 82 which is not even fiting in my head set slot. so please replace my HS 81 back its been since 2 months i am not able to get my head set back so please fix my problem.MY job seet number is[protected] product code is 0276632.
