I have purchased the above mobile on 17 Aug 2008 and I found that the battery back up was very poor. As such I returned the mobile to the dealer on 16 Oct 2008 which was returned to me on 24 Oct 2008 with the reply that the complaint was rectified. The same complaint persisted and handed over the mobile on 30 Oct 08 and received back on 05 Nov 08. Again not satisfied and returned the mobile on 10 Nov 08 and received back on 15 Nov 08. Again it was returned for the same complaints on 17 Nov 08 and received on 24 Nov 08. Again on 03 Dec 08 I handed over the mobile at Raksha Impex, Chennai 17vide jobsheet No[protected]/081203/35 which I received back on 27 Dec 08. This time they have exchanged the mobile but that also proved to be unworthy. The mobile was again handed over on 21 Jan 09 vide jobsheet No[protected]/090121/40 and I received back on 04 Mar 09. This time I found that my mobile was deliberately deleted the very basic requirements like tones, wall papers, themes etc and the camera was found tampered. As I am not still satisfied with the battery back up I have handedover the mobile on 12 Mar 09 vide job sheet No [protected]/23.

Now I need a solution from NOKIA that either I be given be mobile with battery backup upto 3 hours talk time as per specification or I may be refunded the amount so that I can go for someother worthy mobile. Since I suffered a lot by purchasing this mobile, I need an immediate reply to put an end to my mentalagony.

Nokia Mobile 6500c — Battery back up very poor and not upto the specification

I purchased Nokia mobile model 6500c on 17 Aug 2008. Soon after using it I found the battery back up was very poor and was not as per specification. The specification says for talktime upto 3 hours whereas it much less than that i.e. lasts for hardly one hour only. As such the model was handed over to the dealer for rectification for four times but no fruitful result came out. Later the mobile was handed over to Nokia Care centre at Raksha Impex, chennai 17 for three times. Yet my complaint not settled. I enclose the copies of bill, my complaint and job sheets for your notice and immediate rectification. I request Nokia to either replace the model or refund the money to me immediately.

Nokia N 1209 — Stolen mobile from my home.

I purchased mobile from nokia N 1209 on 17dec'2008 and gifted it to my mother on same day as birthday gift. I load it with bsnl prepaid sim card from my name and activated. Mobile number of that sim was [protected].
On 19thmarch 2009 in morning between 7.00am to 9;0am it was stolen from home as my mom stay alone there. We searched every where in home and asked to our neighbor but not found and it was switched off and we receive msg that " Out of coverage area".
