[Resolved]  O General — compressor problem and service

we have purchased o general window ac about 4 year back i.e on 15.6.2007 from prime enterprises ashok vihar delhi 52. the compressor was not working for which complaint was made to the dealer on 1.8.2011 . the authorised dealer's representative take the Ac on 8.8.11 for replacing compressor for replacement as the unit is under warrenty period.the AC has not repaired till date after passing one and half month. we are daily chasing the dealer as well rep. of o general Mr Punj but every time next date given.We are suffering badly .It seems that company is passing time in this summer and warranty will expire in next summer as we cant check the performance of compressor in winter.

Despite several complaints with the dealer and phone calls no service personal turned up till date


The post sale service from O General Conditioners is very very poor.

AC is not all effective.

Nobody would ever imagine to purchase any more AC of O GENERAL make.

Last Tree manth.We Complent Online & Poona Office To MR-Umesh cell no-[protected].
we tock mr Umesh meny time, every time his ansar we send mechinical.but three manth pass, yat our ac not repair.
