I bought an O General Inverter model A/C with triple booster two months ago.it started causing problem on the third day, it stopped working suddenly so registered compliant through online in its website.the next day i called the call center of O General and gave the details of my compliant.they said will send our service person within 48 hours.three days went and i called them again on the fourth day, they said they will send a person to rectify it today but they dint turn up.i was following them up regularly after three weeks one person came and did the service and it was working well for the next two weeks after that the problem started again.now the ac is only running in the fan mode and we made a compliant to look into it but still we dint get any response from them.
This service is one of the worst in India.what is the use of having the call center and the service center for its brand simply waste.
i should have gone with some other brand.this ac is giving me head ache.
