[Resolved]  O General — Brand new AC not working properly

I have purchased O general room AC this month only i.e on 13 April 2022 it was installed, starting 10 days it was working fine but from last 4 days it is not at all being cooled nicely.I had already raised an complaint to which Technicians had visited yesterday and they spent almost whole day in finding the cause, but no luck. They refilled the gas also but no luck there as well.
Spending almost 55k has given me too bad result, its working worst then a room cooler as well.
The team is sending various technicians again and again and wasting time and effort on this machine which is not working.

I request you to please take an action ASAP and I would like to have an replacement of machine only since everything is tried now, unnecessary mine as well technicians time is wasted in repairing same thing again and again.
