This is to inform you that Ranaghat head Post offic issued a checq in favour of my son BENEDICT DESSA for amount Rs.159390.only .Checque No AF 677266. The same cheq. was deposited to SBI Entally Br.Kolkata on 10/6/09 for encashing . But after 15 days the chq. was not encashed, and after enqiry with Enatlly BR we did not get any proper explanation for the delay, Then we arranged and provided the Ranaghat SBI Br manager's personal mobile No. to the enatlly BR .At last on 16/7/09 it was encashed. Rs.375 is charged for the same delayed transaction. I don't understand in this modern internet-century how your banks depend on the slowest postal service when latest courier services are available.For this kind of service how you charge that amount(375).Can you please enquiry the reason for DELAY? and inform us.As i am originally from Ranaghat I know very well that the SBI Ranaghat Br(Dist.Nadia) is always doing this kind of service for no reason. I am NRE A/c holder MANCHERIAL(006267).at the time of opening A/c. I was deposited 10000 INR, on[protected] by DD .drown by Al Rajhi Bank saudi Arabia.this amout not deposited in my A/c how can i belive your bank.several times i remaind the Mancherial (006267) branch, but no response.and also i am not receeved ATM card till now.
So this type of working our indan banks .pl. take necessary action.

i am having the sbi saving account in bhopal at mp nagar branch. my account no [protected] . i have the problem with opening the net banking past four days, website page which shows the invaild user name and password, i am suffered lot. kindly do the needfull correction as early as possible.

i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.

not able to login with the username and password provided by the banki have been provided with a username and password to access the online banking at the branch- Coimbatore. But i am not able to login even for the first time. Kindly help me..and do let me know if you need any further details

I have called the bank they said everything is OK in our side please check once again.
I have tried many times, No use.

I have been transfered my account (A/C no. [protected]) from Kathgodam Nainital branch to Dhanaura J.P.Nagar branch.But I have not received any response from dhanaura branch & I have four application of this matter with signature of Dhanaura Branch concern.
This matter is continue from 2006 to till now.
And I have already submit my complaint in SBI last two times.(1 st Complaint. No.:-CC[protected], 2nd complaint no.:[protected]
I am also dissatisfy withthe behavior of Dhanaura brach persons.
Dear Sir I am Sr. Engineer in automobile company & I have no more time to expend on these type of activities.
Sir I am very dipressed with the service of SBI so pls revert back as soon as possible.

I have applied for internet banking and i got userid and password from bank. i used those detalis and was able to login. then i changed my userid and password. after few days i tried to login with my new userid and password but it is not accepting. i have tried several times but unable to login. then i went to trouble shooting option and opted the option ' unable to login with userid and password'. then i was required to fill some details like M name, userid, my email, my account number, location, branch etc. although i have filled all the details correctly, it is saying that my account number and branch is invalid. what should i do? i am very much worried about my internet banking and unable access onlinesbi since long time which is very much required to me.
please help me in this regard as soon as possible. either provide me the userid and password which i have created or other.
