[Resolved]  Online SBI — always throws invalid password and user name

hi
i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site...

"गर्दीचे नियोजन" या विषयावर एकूणच सर्व स्टेट बँकाबद्दल वृत्तपत्रात अनेत तक्रारी व सूचना येतात. पण त्या संबधात काही विशेष उपाय योजना झाल्याचे ग्राहकांच्या निदर्शनास येत नाही. परिणामी स्टेट बँकेचे छोटेसे काम असले तरी अंगावर काटा उभा राहतो. किमान एक ते दीड तासाचा अवधी एवढ्याश्या कामाला (उदा. पैसे भरणे) लागतात.
"खिडक्या वाढवणे" हा एकमेव उपाय आपल्या पातळीवर अपेक्षित आहे. एखादी शाखा वा काही खिडक्या उरणच्या इतर भागात उघडता आल्या तर थोडी तरी गर्दी काबूत येईल. ज्येष्ठ नागरीकांसाठी वेगळी व्यवस्था करणे अतिशय आवश्यक आहे. त्यांचे हाल पाहवत नाहीत.
खरं तर सर्व सुट्या वैकल्पिक करणे, कामाचे तास दोन सत्रात वाढविणे, (सकाळी ८ ते रात्री ८) बँकेचा कर्मचारी वर्ग वाढविणे असे उपाय आपल्या शिखर संस्थेकडून/मुख्य कार्यालयाकडून अपेक्षित आहे. जनता आंदोलन करत नाहीत तोपर्यंत कृती करायची नाही हाच नियम असल्याने अशा तक्रारी करून काही होत नाही याची जाणीव मला आहे पण एखादा संवेदनशील अधिकारी अशा तक्रारींची दखल घेतो सुध्दा अशी (वेडी) आशा असल्याने हा उपद्-व्याप करत आहे. क्षमस्व!

I have a net banking a/c with Thane main branch. A/C No.[protected] and I have been operating it rather smoothly until recently. But now when I try to make online transaction there appear the words "you do not have any account mapped to this username. pl contact your branch." I also contact the branch but the concern person told me that, is the first week of month so you wait one week.
So I requested to you, take needfull action please.

I have read all above & now i conclude that, i will left my hopes to start the SBI internet banking facility.
As i got user name, password-----invalid------complaint-------same -----same---

invalid password and user name - same error as said above. I am not able to login complaint as well through the web sites - If I do so it says invalid account number...Not able to contact the customer service as well...Worst service SBI..

i have visited sbi branch township sundernagar distt mandi ifsc code sbin001138 today in connection with transfer of fund from my a/c no [protected] to my wife account in the same bank.I have filled the required debit slip & deposit slip mandatory for the transacton. But the manager namely sh.PL Thakur Refused the transfer of funds by simply narrating various reasons.It hurt me lot infact these funds were required by my wife urgently.This reflects the lackadisical approach & very poor managment skill of a person as well as the organisation.From recent past i have personaly observed very lukewarm dealing with the customer in this branch. I experss my deep anguish and thinking of snap ties with this branch.

i having query regarding cheque no366034 of icici bank A/C No[protected] nariman point mumbai . my friend dropped that cheque in sbi drop box, pay to atm card no[protected] named as triveni prasad to sbi bank mumbai personal banking branch 4205 account no-[protected].the 45000rs is debited from my icici account at 3rd of dec 2011.but i did not get any amount in my sbi atm card no/account.i queried from sbi personal banking branch mumbai but they refused that they did not get any amount.i am away from the country so can not come to the branch.presently i do not know where that money went when the amount is debited from my icici account.i am tired of talking with branch manager and clearing department but they are not providing me any info regarding this.so i want to know where my money is, and weather and when it will be credit in my account.

This is Bam Shankar Kumar. Same is happening with me. I have been given Internet Banking Tool kit after so many requests. After receiving it I tried to Login after 24 hrs as they suggested. But of no use. Still I'm getting the same problem. I called the customer care no [protected] and raied the compaint. My ticket no for the compalint is: IB[protected]. Even I tied calling my Branch (Branch Code 3599). But there is no response. Then I send one of my relatives to the Bank and on phone I had a talk with the manager of the Branch. He assured that my issue will get resolved in 24 Hrs, But still I'm waiting for my Internet banking facility to be activated. This SBI really sucks.
