there is no performance reviewof complaints made by customers.for variousshort-falls by sbi whom to contact, who will respond i still do not know.there seems to be no remedy for shor-falls from such a big bank &we have to put-up with this only.subbaiah

Respectedsir,
I have been provided witha "internetbanking kit" contianing username and password. the account was opened 1year. transfered few days, two days back and the kit wass provided .However whenever I try to log in, it says "Invalid username or password" . The SBI jeddimetla Industrialarea.
Logging a call through the sbi online compliant redressal is also not possibe as it keeps on saying incorrectbranch and account number.

I have been provided with a "internet banking kit' containing username and password. whenever I try to log in, it says "invalid username or password. I complain in the branch SBI, Miao. They says that every thing is OK in our branch. What I do ? Please help me.
