One month before I have been provided with a "internet banking kit' containing username and password.After 2 days I changed with my username & password as per bank rules. After 20 days i am not able to logon my Personal Banking
Always showing 'invalid username and password' Is their any possibility to recover my username and password'

SBI — always shows invalid username and password
Respected Sir,I have a account ([protected]) at SBI Ashok Nagar (WB) code no 4784 and I have also net banking facility but when I try to log in it allways shows invalid user name and passward so you are requested to shortout the problem and help me please. yours

Logging a call through the SBI online compalint redressal is also not possible as it keeps on saying incorrect branch and account number ( though I provide the correct ones)
The call centre numbers say contact your branch for this. Branch peoples tries there level best and say now it will work but it is almost 5 month.
Please help me. Your quick reaction will be highly appricated. I am very much frustrated. My details are as under

My mobile number registration with the branch is successful. But my SMS alert service registration has been failed.While, I am proceeding with this, it shows that "PLEASE TRY EZTRADE TRANSACTION DURING THE DAY".Kindly solve this problem.
I am sorry to say, my email ID is wrongly entered in "PERSONAL DETAILS". While I am trying to change the email ID in personal details link in the profile tab itshows that"first charector should not be a space in the site display name". Actually my email ID contains no space.

SBI — Always throws invalid password and user name
HiI applied for internet banking account on 13/10/2009 . I got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account will be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
Whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank but no response. sir please solve lt

I am Anis Uddin Sheikh. My account number is [protected] in SBI.On 23rd august 2010 i went to withdraw money (Rs.1000) from the s.b.i A.T.M at 7.30pm at shrinagar branch, kolkata 700094. When A.T.M machin's time to give money that time machin was shut down . I had not get any recipe or money . Then i searched balance from another s.b.i A.T.M machin & saw money was deducted from my account. Then i gave complain to the customar care. The customar care officer heard my fact.He told me money will be refunded to my account with in 24 hours. but till now i have get balance to my account. On 24th august i complained again & got complain number (AT[protected]) but till now i have not refund balance to my account.Few days ago i called to the my branch A.T.M officer, told me that i shall not get balance. But i had not get money from the ATM machin or not any recive tranjactioN bill.

Branch provided username and password this not exist plsssssssssss help and wy its use of net banking kindly help to resolve and branch or phone banking not taking any responsibility regarding this issue. We cant go again and again to get new password or username. many banks using different ways to activate the internet banking but wy cant try those steps. any ideas require from our side ready to provide.
