I am writing this complain sitting at Bikaner House for past 3 hours.I was forced to sit coz there are no buses available before waiting for 3-4 hours , no matter what time you reach.This is same scenario on most of the days and especially weekends ( Friday onwards ).When RSRTC is aware that there would be rush on these days then why don't they take a precautionary step to arrange for more buses to give comfort to their passengers.On top of this they will issue the advance tickets for these days to other passengers who might not even travel on these booked timings.And what about hundreds of those who reach there at the last moment in the expectation of a bus at earliest possible.The time that we wait here for is more than 75 % of the journey time.and the arrangements made for booking counters, taking tickets, the waiting hall all is pathetic and bring disgrace to this corporation's name.There is no box / book for complaint , no senior authority is present and the old people who give the tickets are so slow and so rude to give any information to the passengers.Government should not take things lightly just becoz no one is complaining about this kind of treatment.Plz take the corrective measures before its too late.
