I had purchased ticket for Volvo (A/C) Bus of RSRTC for travel to Udaipur to Jaipur on 4/29/2012. Upon visiting the State bus stand in Udaipur I was informed by the official that the bus service got cancelled. This was utter negligence on RSRTC's end for not informing that the service was cancelled till date no refund provided. I was unable to make my journey then to Jaipur and my entire trip was ruined due to the negligence. Now after a month's time, neither any response to emails/ phone inquiries nor refund received.
