To RSRTC Depot Udaipur and Chief traffic Jaipur,
On 27 August 2017, I am traveling from Udaipur to vadodara through your sleeper coach bus ( Udaipur to shirdi bus number RJ 27 TA 4066), it's a general practice that if passenger pay all the fare charge then the service provider have to provide there BEST SERVICE in any circumstances but in my situation it was very pathetic to choose the RSRTC, the conductor and driver are so rude they barely answered questions like when we have to reach Vadodara and all that, but there answer is not appropriate and rude, while traveling in some where the bus brakes is not working so they stop in rajashtan Gujarat border about 1 hour and when we finally reach ahmdabad they again delaying the bus. We are shifted to another bus but when I asked when we reach Vadodara as the usual time to reach ahmdabad is 7:30 - 7:45 pm we already late the driver nd conductor are rudely answered as" isiliye bus late ho rahi Hai ki tum baar baar Puch rahe ho jab bus pahuchna Hai pahuch jayegi" and some foul language they used. It feels me so bad. There is no work ethics they follow and how to respond any one.
In my future trip to Rajasthan I will not travel though this ####### State road transport they are highly irresponsible.
Kindly train your employees that how to behave the Passengers.
