Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation — ticket cancellation option not available online | customer care not reachable | no response to email | no refund

Due to technical errors on their site could not cancel the ticket. Then tried calling on there multiple customer care numbers given on the site, they were not reachable. Then, at last, i sent email to [protected]@gmail.com, rsrtc. [protected]@gmail.com requesting for cancellation and refund. But still no body has responded to the email, customer care is not reachable, no refund for the cancellation
