Redbus — Not yet refund money for cancellation

Dear Red Bus Team,

I Booked my ticket from Bangalore to Guntur.But I canceled that ticket.Tracking number is 6521354.

From: Bangalore
To: Guntur
Date of journey: Friday, August 05, 2011
Travels: Diwakar Travels
Bus type: Volvo A/C Multi Axle Semi Sleeper (2+2)
Boarding time: 09:00 PM

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why are you not refunding my cancellation amount tell me that reason. and my request to you please refund my money for good customer relationship. please give me response as soon as possible.
