Hi Redbus Team,
My name is Inder and I have booked Ticket TDCE69625992 for travelling date 20th November 2011 (attached is receipt) From Mumbai to Bangalore.
As per booking it suppose to be AC Sleeper from Mumbai to Bangalore By Raj Travels for which I paid. But services not been provided as per Information on Redbus website.
When I reported boarding point I was surprised that there was a different Bus (MetroLink Bus # MH 11 T 9364 )for travelling and that to only till Pune. After discussing with Bus Staff came to know that they will transfer by this Bus to Pune and you will get your Bus of Raj Travels from Pune till Bangalore. I was completely Disappointed. Story doesn’t end here. After reaching Pune this Bus has dropped us somewhere in Pune (No Idea about location) and we have been asked to get into a Tempo Traveler which again will transfer us to Raj Travels office at Padmavati in Pune. This Tempo Traveler was again Non-AC and pathetic behavior of staff when we have enquired they said they do not have any connection with Metrolink buses. After roaming almost 15 to 20 KM in Pune city this Tempo traveler has dropped us on Raj Travels office in Pune.
My experience was not Good at all with the RedBus as Redbus misleading and misguiding travelers. They have given wrong information on their website there is Single Bus from Mumbai to Bangalore, which is not true. Though this is happening Everyday (Came to know by other passengers). From Pune I have called Customer care of Redbus and Spoken to Mr Kishore.
Even Customer care executive Mr. Kishore was not able to provide me any satisfactory answer. I am expecting call back from a responsible person in Redbus else I will move it to Consumer Court. Thanks. Even asking for Ticket number for this conversation he was not able to provide it.
