[Resolved]  Redbus.com — amount deducted after transaction failed

sir,i booked a bus ticket thru redbus.com service for 25th oct from chennai to madurai for my daughter in parveen travels.when i processed my sbi debit card through the avenue transactio failed but to my surprise, when i noticed my bank statement i found that an amount of Rs.690 was deducted on 23.7.11 and pos PRCH is written against it.hence it is requested sir,that the amount deducted may please be refunded immediatly..my sb a/c no is [protected].my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.my contact no is [protected].kindly do needful.thanking you. ...............R.M.Sekar, EDITOR ,DOORDARSHAN,MADURAI
