I booked ticket for Haridwar to Delhi on Monday night 16th Oct 2011 11:00 PM through redbus.in
JBG Tour & travel give me seat in a bus which looks like AC bus but after 15 mins of journey when i asked for the bus driver to switch on the AC then i got to know that bus is not AC so i called to JBG tours office number mentioned in ticket provided by redbus.
Then they provide me another number to call and ask for refund. the person on other side is stating "That you have booked from website & i am a bus operator will not refund. Now i paid 499 rs for Non AC Bus while other passenger are travelling at 250 Rs coz. they manually booked the ticket.
After coming back to delhi i called to redbus support for the refund. they arrange me a conference call with bus operator to discuss the issue and bus operator appologise for the same and request redbus to do the refund.
But starge behaviour from redbus they refuse to pay me back any of the amount even i asked them to give me the audio details of the discussion happened on 19th October.
Even any one need the discussion mail trail (More than 8-10 mail exchange) do ping me at vaib.[protected]@gmail.com i will definately share the same.
But don't try redbus their support are more pathetic then the inconveinence i suffered while travelling.
