i booked a ticket from nagercoil to mayiladuthurai on 17.1.2011 for travel on 22/01/2011by universal travels bus at 6.00 p.m. through red bus. in.

m y sbi account got debited with ref noIG38538990 but i didnt get the ticket number. i need ticket number to take print out of the ticket
