I AM BOOKED THREE ONLINE TICKET THROUGH REDBUS FROM BANGLORE TO OOTY ON 27/01/2011 BUT DUE TO SOME TECH. PROBLEM MY TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED BUT AMOUNT WAS DEBITED (RS. 1200) ON MY CARD REGARDIG THIS I AM SUBMITTTING COMPLETE THROUGH MAIL BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY RED BUS.

i also booked the ticket from banglore to hyderabad on 23march due to some technical problems they had detected twice the amount but they not refunded up to now they are saying that it will be on the process

I Booked my ticket from Bangalore to pune on MAY 12,2013. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount credited to redbus.
Continuously in the last 4 week i called their representatives but every time they are telling different stories. By calling them i Spent 300 rupees for mobile. But so far i did not receive any mail from their side. Trace no : 1077747
I booked a ticket for Hyderabad to Bangalore on 10 th february in jabbar travels, some how the money was deducted but the seat was not confrmed, i gave call to red bus customer care for two times they told like i will get a call from their services about the same nd its 7 days, till now i havent got a call or my money refunded .

I booked 3 bus ticket from KANPUR to DELHI using redbus online website www.redbus.in on 30th MAY 2015 (TICKET ENCLOSE). BUT after booking of ticket just before 2 or 3 hours of departure I called for the confirmation of the bus( time and departure) on the given number [protected] which was provided by redbus. The person who picked up the phone told me that your bus had a breakdown that is why it has been cancelled so your ticket amount will be refunded within 7 days. I didn't get my money till now. I called redbus customer care number ([protected]) 4-5 times. They are not taking my complaint seriously. one time they gave me service request number[protected] on 9th JUNE 2015 but after that they didn't send me any e-mail or phone or SMS. Instead of helping me redbus is saying that I took their bus. Its been more then 15 days and I've got my refund. please help us.
