My complents regarding online booking through the red bus .com.but
Transaction is failed from my side , If it is confirmed from my side then I am guilty but it is not confirm my side, If I am doing the booking online then it is my responsibility to book again your representative had called me & book the ticket. But when I have received SMS of 5th January journey date . Suddenly I have informed your representative it is wrong date mention your old customer executive so please change the date that time your representative informed don’t worry you can write down email for wrong date. We will cancel the ticket & revert the amount in your account.
After that I have again completed online booking of 6th January of same travels not other travels. If I have not started the my journey on 5th January then why need to pay the amount. If I has not informed your representative about this situation then it is my problem. But I have informed your representative when SMS received.
