[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

I am very disappointed to see your very cheep service and customer's care, first of all when customer call at customer care he will suffering in call waiting around 25 to 30 mints amazing, and after I am applying for a new connection and they ask me we will respond your within 48 hours, I will call him after 72 hours then he will again ask me we will respond you within 24 hours and again no response after one week I am canceling my new connection request, just because your starting service is very cheep then how you provide your service to customer after connection.

Second is Reliance Customer Care doesn't provide customers own number information. I was recharge one GB Data on my Reliance number and after 3-4 day when I go to use that then my data pack was not connected and the message is No data found, and when I call a customer care then Reliance Executive was ask me we cannot give you any information. How Cheep U R. HOW YOU CAN DO THIS.

Before these above experience when I was use reliance data card I was recharge my data card 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB and 10gd recharge with 30 days validity and on starting was going good after few months my data was going max 15 days, and my data usage is very low and I was check my data time by time, Use not more then 30% to 60% and after 11 or 13 or 15 days my data was automatically disconnected and show me the message No data found and when I call at customer care to get the information regarding this he had no answer, I also talk with the seniors and I was shocked when I heard seniors answer He ask me we Don't know --- AMAZING...

To see your bad and cheep services I was trying to never use your Network by other user or somebody else.

Reliance isn't a good network at all... it is slow and customer care services are so rude. They don't even help us properly and if you call them again to know about your issues they block us.. Bloody rude employees..don't know what the hell they think of themselves. Their work is to serve their customers but bloody losers they don't how to tackle customers issues and doing job of customer satisfaction kind of employees.. Losers..
i had pot my reliance no [protected] to airtel. whn i was pot my idea no to reliance that time i paid RS 1000 as a security after 6 months. i pot my reliance no to airtel. then cal to ur customer care for refund security amt. he/she told me after 45 to 60 days i got cheque or D.D. rs 1000.
but now more then 80 days going i havnt got any cheque or D.D . So my humble request to u. Please resolves my problem . and refund my rs1000 ASAP.

Dear Sir/Mam I want to inform you that sometimes you did not think about your company reputation . You deduct balance your customers. I am facing balance deduct problem last few days. Any time you deduct my balance without any information and proper region. I have been irritate form your service. I have proper region why I should forgive your service . I think I hate your service . There are not any responsible person on your Customer Care Number . Your Do NOT DISTURB (DND) Service also not working . I think this company have completed its days . I have taken a postpaid sim and had a very worst experience and got very worst support from customer care and even from one of the outlet in bangalore, malleshwaram sampige road branch who don't have manners how to speak with customer and when i visited to that outlet got very casual approach form that outlet, i never suggest anyone to use reliance sim and even i am using corporate sim with no [protected] where we have over 200 connections and i already informed to change even my corporate connection to some other network where we can get good support.
very worst customer service from reliance
i am amit sharma and my mobile no. is [protected] . Reliance connection is most worst connection i had even even seen .I recharge my account with 156rs 3g internet but after 1 day my account says you have 0 mb left .I hardly use 50-70 mb.
when i told that to customer care executive he says your mb laps due to some reason.
where ever use relience internet.

VAS hungama service activated on 3 sep 2013 on my mobile. so kindly deactivate it and cash back of Rs 10. I have tried to call customer care but I never connect. its always say go to website and registered your complaint so I request you to cash of Rs10 .
And Hopefully you will not active again otherwise I will port it. my mobile number is [protected]
Reliance see guys honesty I have been using reliance since last 5years this is so pathetic that you guys are no one to deduct my phone balance .you think you are smart but nope .stealing is nonot buisness after all . Why do you block the number after deduction, Ambani family yyou aare cursed by all indians who use reliance, and that fat is gonna die soon. [censored] you services its patathic and you dobt respect your customer then you go [censored] yourself..tgis is what you get being customer for reliance for that long. Fraud billing
my net connect number is [protected], I not yet used 1GB also but my billing amount is around 2000, Reliance provides all fraud bills, and the customer service dont know what the solution to give, they just keep replying what is there in the billing.

When the issue is with the billing still they are not able to resolve the issue, they wait until the due date and they charge late payment.

I suggest dont go for reliance net connect, suggest your friends also.

I waited already 10 days still they are processing the request, I never seen such a slow service ever, I am not going to pay this reliacne bill.
