my no. is [protected] reliance GSM, reliance SINCE FEB'14 in every 3-7 days it deducts 3 to 5 Rupees for VAS but NO VAS IS TAKEN BY ME and when i call customer care they do not responding clearly .so i am very angry about this help...

I have sent mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com <netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com>; on 31 may to cancel the connection, and again on 10th june.
But there are sending bills now for payment,
What kind of service is this?
If i call customer care not reachable any time.
i never expected this kind of service from reliance.

In 2007, A Reliance GSM SIM was taken with number "[protected]" in the name
of my Elder Brother "PABITRA KUMAR SAHOO" with the following address
QUARTER NO. IV-47,
OUAT COLONY
UNIT-8,
BHUBANESWAR-751003
ODISHA.
And since then I am using that number. As I am working in Gujarat so the
number is used twice a year at the time
when i go Bhubaneswar.
The SIM is inserted in my phone is in idle state . from past
15 days it was showing "REGISTRATION FAILED".
On inquary

Reliance Office it was told to us that the SIM has been permanently closed by
TRAI . It was not informed to

I am using reliance from a long time, my no is [protected] prepaid CDMA, my sms pack of Rs. 19 was activated from the last few years & automatically it was renewed from the account, but from the last two days i.e from 19/07/14 it was automatically deactivated & Rs. 19 was deducted from my account. Now i am facing a very great problem that the sms pack was not renewed & the amount was also deducted.

Amount deducted 202 Rs without any information.
I am Hitendra Singh and i am using reliance number +91-[protected] from last 3 years but i am facing continuously amount deduction problem i have sent so many mails regarding this problem.
Recently date July 24, 2014 reliance again deducted 202 Rs from my balance and customer care persons are saying that i used GPRS when i was net pack Rs 34(400MB data for 7 days). When i activated that plan i got message that my plan renew after 7 days even i got message 24th July 2014 in the morning that your request has been registered to activate your data service.
But reliance deducted my 202 Rs and customer care persons are saying that they can't refund my money.
