Subject: Poor product & poor service workmanship regarding scx-4521f Samsung printer at Jammu
Sir, i have given the Samsung printer to Service Centre of Jammu Branch on 8th May, due to some problem, they have given us the estimate of rs. 1503, for the printer in working condition, but today thet told us that your printer drum is damaged, how is it is possible, that they have not checked the same on time of receiving of printer. after one week time saying that your drum is broken, and saying that your reparing charges of Printer is RS 900 something...
Kindly look in this matter and help to resolve the issue..
Otherwise i, m going the consumer court, and i have ur receiveing form and estimate approval.
