Poor Service quality and poor quality of customer management

In this connection , i have made several communication with Samsung india company to get my problem get resolved ,

I have bought an Samsung D820 Model mobile on 12/06/2006 , Cost Rs 14,600 and in that same year itself i have given one time for service for fault in Sliding with Madurai Sevice center , Second time also the same fault Happened and given for service on 07/05/2007 , from that day they have been keeping my cell...

Lost mobile phone

I have lost my mobile phone(Mobile no. [protected]) yesterday dated 20th November 2007 .It is a Samsung mobile set.Someone kept it and using it.Please confirm where is the mobile in the mean time....

Warranty card not provided

Hi,
I have purchased your Samsung dvd player on 17th november
From JP Electronics (Mira rd east).
I have not received the warranty card with it
Both Jp electronics and your cust care are not helpful

missing my mobile

Complaint against Samsung Electronics under Awesome Twosome Offer

Respected Sir,

My name is Mr. Amit S. Gandage. I purchased SAMSUNG 713N monitor on Feb 2006 under "Awesome Twosome Offer" .Under Awesome Twosome offer if any consumer purchases a Samsung TFT LCD Monitor then he should get free printer. Despite of doing all the documentation work along with Demard Draft i still did not recieve the printer. Therefore i request you to look into this matter personally.

after sales service

I had purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine from quilon radio service, trivandrum, kerala on 24/8/07 and the same has not been installed inspite of repeated reminders. Such is the condition of samsung after sales service... Better opt for some other company....

Broke Bottle Storage Guard
