I had applied for SBI Internet Banking on 13.09.2007 @ SBI Sholinghur ( 07611) & received the Internet Banking Kit 3 times, none of the Kit was working & informed to the Branch Manager many times. No response from your side & till date ( 22.05.2008 ) the Internet Banking facility was not provided to my account.

two weeks back, i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password.

I have an account in SBI - Gingee (Branch Code: 758), Villupuram DT, Tamilnadu. I have requested for Internet banking to the Branch Manager. But the Manager gave reply like there is no such a facilities available in his branch though it became core banking. I was surprised, how the Branch Manager doesn't aware about the internet banking. Also he told that we should not see the internet banking from any other location, except the branch. If I need any information even balance amount, I have to come to branch and I need to ask Account clerk.
This kind of poor service is making customer's unhappy.

Same has happened with my Father in Hoshangabad (MP).From several months hes trying to get the Net Login ID/Pwd working, even after he has recived it, it shows Invalid Username or A/c not activated.Hes so much frustrated, guys sitting at the branch seems to be in this case.
SBI people are so reluctant to use Technology dont know why..probaly we need to wait for all those Old Guys Retirement :-)

whenever i want to open my account information it takes long time say 15-20 miniutes and even after that it does not log in. Even today at 8 AM i tried to look the account but it did not login.
Contrary to this i have deposited E tax and at that time it quiqly log in everytime. Please let me know how to see my bank account quikcly so that i dont waste my time.
At the time of E transaction it becomes very important to know the balance in the account or to see the transactions entered therein.
Please quide.
