[Resolved]  SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem

can not open accout statement . i using uername and password as sbi rule

while i attempt to create password lost connection after that it wont open neither with bank provided code even me

I FORGOT MY USER NAME AND MY PASSWORD. I WANT TO CHANGE MY USER ID & MY PASSWORD. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP REGARDING THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Pls provide me the email id of SBI net banking, because onlinesbi.com & sbionline.com sites are always shows invelid id & pass word and not open.

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 1 month before. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And also as "Username and branch code not valid" when accessing Trouble login section.. Very poor service from SBI

I got the kit for online banking from my branch. They told it will be activated within 1 day.. Its now a month passed by.. Whenever i tryed loggin it says "invalid username and password" and also "User id and branch code not valid" in Trouble loggin section.. Very poor service from India's largest branch.

I agree with the problem facedd by the customer. I have saving account with your bank and I received my internet banking user id and password 2 days back through courier. every time I try to log on my account, access is denied and a similar message flashes on the screen. What should I do?

I too am having similar problem & also the atm cards have got blocked...worst customer care ever seen.

ONE MONTH back, i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password AFTER MANY day BY POST RCV.AND I LOGIN FIRST TIMR PROPERLY AND I FILL PROPERLY FORM activated .BUT SIR IM LOGIN NEXT TIME BUT ITS GIVE ME ANSWER USER NAME AND PASSWORD INVILED. SIR IM I TRY PROPERLY USER NAME AND PASSWORD BUT IM NOT ACCCESS.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site...

i have a saving ac with a branch established in north gujarat university since january, 2008.

i have not got the chequebook yet, though i have applied twice.

can not access my ac with netbanking too..

SBI Internet banking is Very bad...
as a no 1 bank in india must clear this problem first.
