Complaint-I have the same problem of activation.I forgot the old userid and password for internet banking.Before 6 days I received new id and password form bank.But still it is not activated So please tell me what is a problem?because for first time it took only two days for activations but for newone, how much time will take?

Internet banking — Don't response form Internet Banking
Sir,I am Abhijit Biswas, I live at Falakata. I am a SBI account holder since 2006. I & my two friends are interesting to get Internet Banking facility. So, I & my two friends are apply net banking facility last 8 month ago. In this time they are called me after one two month you will get you account number & code number by post. because It is come from BOMBAY. tell now I am my two friend do not get any account no & code no. then I again apply last 2 month ago. But we don't response any reply. I also get my account no. my e-mail address and full address. tell day I don't get any e-mail or letter.
Now, what I am doing.

I received username and password from the branch two weeks ago. It is been told that within 48 hours it will be activated. Till now, I am not able to login. If I try lodge my complaint through "Trouble Logging In" link, it says Please enter valid Account No and Branch.

I have received the Internet Banking kit from SBI marketyard branch on Saturday, 4th Oct 2008. Today i.e. on 7th Oct when I was trying to register, the System is continously saying "Invalid Username and Password". The kit also does not specify proper path of registration like which link is to be clicked etc. People in SBI are not at all interactive.

I had applied for internet banking with SBI one months back and got the ready to use kit but whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password. I made many complaints to my branch manager at SBI, MAHARAJAGNJ (UP)IN CODE 1147branch. I mailed him, called him and even messaged him but he is yet not been able to take care of it.
It feels soory to learn that Country's largest bank offers such poor services and has no customer liability.

i have an sb account with sbi bobbili (00820) branch vizianagaram dist. andhra pradesh. i applied for internet banking and received an internet banking kit containing username and password from sbi bobbili branch on 21/10/2008. but till date ie.29/10/2008 internet banking has not been activated. please activate internet banking at the earliest. I have applied for SBI Internet Bankig in over bank five days before and they said you can logon after two days but whener I logon with the user id and password mentioned in the letter given by the bank I am getting the note that "invalied usernae and password". I contacted the bank and said my problem they said this is your user ID abd password try lt again but I am getting the same invaild note.How to rectify this problem? Please send your solution for this.

Sir i got my internet banking kit from Diphu Branch today dated 20th of november 2008.But i am facing problem while logging in.The problem is that each time i try to login it shows that invalid user or password.Very poor service from SBI.

Request for SBI Internet Banking ID and Password
I have current account in SBI maduravoyal branch at chennai. Approched for branch for internet banking facility. After very long follow ups by me and very much struggle by the branch staff, my net banking was activated and informed to me by the branch staff in the month of october 2008. But unfortunately even though I was able to login onlinesbi web site, I am not able to make transactions till today. When trying to add beneficeries of SBI account holder in different branch or in the same branch, it tells that the IFSC is invalid. When I tried to transfer fund through NEFT, epay order is been created, but when authorize, it tells bank has not permitted and failed and to contact branch.
