Dear sir/madam,
My native place is in Nagaon-assam but i am working in Gurgaon.Earlier my account was maintained in Bhikaji-cama-place(newdelhi) once i transfered that account to nagaon branch after one month i went to Nagaon & enquired about my account, the employees are least bothered to assist customer.After 3 day i got information from branch that they have not received any document as of now hence they could not proceed .They informed me that once they receive the document then only they would be able to proceed for the same moreover they asked me to there must be sign of guarantor/introducer who has account here.This is disgusting, why i require guarantor/introducer, that formality was done while opening account .Finally i went to manager and i informed that its very urgent since after 2 day i hade to back to delhi.Manger told me to speak to asst manager he will issue passbook for me while i went to asst manager & gave ref of manager.The asst manager denied to do so i was no where else .Please suggest what best you can do for me.

i had transfered money from al rajhi bank saudi arabia to correspondent bank icici and beneficiary bank is jammu and kashmir bank ref no [protected] dated on 13/05/2009 and 2nd transaction no under ref no:[protected] dated on 9/05/2009 but still didnt receive the money pls help me in this favour.

with due respect, I beg to say that i am an account holder of your branch.My A/c no. is [protected].On 1st june at 7pm i withdrawl with HDFC ATM Rs.2000 in ALIGARH (U.P.), but transaction is not completed & my balance is diduct from my account.When i withdrawl from SBI ATM at 7:24pm, i saw my balance was reduced from my account.
So, i request you to please solve my problem & refund my money.I am a student.so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

On 03 jun 09 I went icici bank atm counnter located at gopinath bazar (new delhi) to withdraw Rs 15000/- using sbi dabit card. But could not get any response from machine. Niether i got money nor any reciept of transaction. But when I cheked balance I found Rs 15000/- was debited from my account. I have already given complain to my branch. Sir I request u to do needful to help me to recover my money back in my acvcount.

waste bank, not upto the standard of HDFC Bank, no proper guidance from customer care, keep holding the phone for hours n hours, still no response...they think we are , n like a sly cat they hang up the phone...foolish customer care
