[Resolved]  SBI Online Net Banking — Money Debited

I have a saving account No: [protected] in State Bank of India, Nehruji Nagar Branch, Dindigul, Dindigul District.
I have deposited a cheque on 08/09/2008 for Rs.24, 232/- bearing No:473603 dated 08/09/2008 drawn on Indian Bank at Palani. Still this time, I have not received the realized amount in my account.
I have sent a complaint letter dt.27-09-08 to the branch Manager of Dindigul Nehruji Nagar branch of SBI. But still rest amount is not credited to my account.
In this I met the manager of the concerned branch.But it is also of no use. Now I am hear to take action against it. I need amount urgent. I request you to take necessary action in this matter as early as possible.

last month i start ac with minimum balance 500 rs in sbi. after 2 weeks, 200 rs debited from my account . Let me know reason for this.why they get my money? if they get money means, they want to send sms to me. but they not act like this...

I have given the complaint both at SBBJ, Ram Nagar Branch, Jaipur and SBI, Coal Estate, Nagpur.
But the above money is not credited to my account. please advise to whom I should approach for redressal of my grievance.

money debited for the transaction inclined and time out by the ATM machine at SBBJ, Ram Nagar, Branch at Jaipur. Transaction No. 62201809060000016427230 S1AN10059401 Dated 8/10/2008 for Rs.2500/-. no slip were also produced.

I have got net banking id and password from Deoghar(Jharkhand) branch.Whenever I clicks on funds transfer, message appears that:You do not have transaction rights.Contact your branch.I am away from Deoghar.How can I avail the fund transfer facility?

For online transaction SBI is charging commission(NEFT and RTGS both).where as no other banks PSU and private both are not charging.

I write to inform your good self that I have an Account SBI Mariani, Jorhat A/C- saving Bank [protected]. I misplaced my ATM card in the month of June, 2008, with immediate effect I informed to that said SBI Jorhat branch, and applied for a new ATM.On 28th june, 2008 RS/-200 gets debited from my account for a new ATM, but I have not received it till now.

I, therefore request your good self, to do something in this regard or please advice me.

as per enquiry above amount already reached to our bank but it is not credited to our account. Our Bank manager tells that money not reached to bank

My kit No. [protected] Even bank staff provide me new other kit. I visited so many time in my branch but not responding me till now.

I have a a/c No [protected] in SBI Subathu(HP). On 23 Dec 08 I through my SBI ATM tried to withdraw money from SBI Sect 6 or 5 ATM but it want not responding and money could be withdrawn. On next day I saw that Rs40, 000/- has been debited in two equal transactions of Rs.20, 000/- each on 23 Dec whereas non transaction more than 20, 000/- is allowed. This ATM is under SBI Nangal Raya, Delhi Cantt. No one is helping me in refunding my money. Please help me. Thanking you.

I have joint a/c No [protected] at SBI Subathu (HP). I withdrew Rs.20, 000/- from SBI ATM at Sect6/5 in Dwarka, New Delhi on 22 Dec 2008 as per the limit. Since I wanted more money, I tried again on 23 Dec on same ATM but it was not responding, probably would have been out of order. I tried twice to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- but it was all in vain as no money retireved. On next day when I withdrew money (Rs.20, 000/-)from SBI ATM at Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt, I came to know from the mini statement that two entrie of Rs.20, 000/- each have been carried out and my a/c has wrongly been debited by Rs.40, 000/-.
I contacted the SBI Nangal Raya, Delhi Cantt under this ATM was but the bank manager did not take my complaint but directed to lodge complaint through SBI Suabthu where I have a/c. I sent a fax to Subathu narrating whole story. I do not know if they have done anything in this case. But my money has not been refunded to me as yet. Please verify your records and ATM cash/statment of 23 Dec 08 of ATM at Sect 5/6 and credit back my amount of Rs.40, 000/- . I am so worried and thinking to close my a/c in SBI if such kind of things happen and my money is not secure. I shall be ever grateful for your help/advice. I am daily seeing my account in hope of criditing back my money but the same has not been done so far.

how can we get ID and Password on online Banking

Dear Sir,

My name is A. Mohamed Barook. I have the SB account in SBI, Dollar Colonoy Branch, Bangalore. I had send 2 request forms for 1) Change of communication address 2) Online SBI Registration form on 08-Dec-2008 through the Prefessional courier. After waiting some days I sent 2 mails to know about the status to my branch but I could not get any information regarding my request. Till now I did not not get the net banking facility from the branch.

After that I filled the complaint form in the SBI site regarding this but I could not get any response from there also.

So far I dont know whether they received the courier and process the request or not. Plz help me out in this and do needful to get the net banking facility.
