[Resolved]  SBI Online Net Banking — Money Debited

sir,

with my sbi atm card i tried in union bank to withdraw money of rs500/-but the bank does not prosside.

but when i chek in sbi atm i saw that there is the rs500/-was debited from my account on 15-04-09.

so please give me the way of sollution.

Ii have a SBI Account at SBI Thattathumala Branch, Kilimanoor, Trivanandrum Dist Kerala.I also has PPF Account in the same branch having more than 2 L in the Account.i approched the bank for a personel Loan as given the sbi website.but the manager is not ready to give me the loan.Let me know why?.he is saying there is no personel loan in SBI.i have very unhappy about the customer service provided by SBI.Previously also we have the same kind of mismihaviour by the bank officilas when my father got retired from govt service and he is ready to deposit more than 10 L in the same brannch.if this kind of bank not usefull for the customer why these kinds of opened .is it like the employyes belongs to govt job having job security who dont have any responsibilty towrds customers.

hi, i withdrawn sum of rs 1000 from canara bank atm(holding account in sbi), i not able to receive the mney and received the recept as "TRANSACTION DECLAINED...(Dated 02-APR-2009). after seeing the statement i realised that 1000 rs debited from my account, i agve a complaint on 09-apr-2009.(Written). they told in 15 days i wil get back my money.. but still not received, , pl advice me, , , ,

Dear Sir,
I booked two tkts through IRCTC on the names of J Chandra Sekharam & J Sravan Kumar on 25 Apr 2009 for 14 Jun 2009 by 2704 Fulaknama Express from Secunderabad to Palasa & tkts confirmed. The amont of Rs 673/-(Rupes Six hundred seventy three only) has been deducted from my bank account. But one more amount of Rs 673/--(Rupes Six hundred seventy three only) has also been deducted from the same account vide IRCTC transaction No [protected] giving with the following remarks.

- Approved for refund
-Refund Instructions given to bank
Refunded in account.
But the amount till date not credited in to my account. Pl look in to the matter & do some needfull action to credit the amount in to my account please.

Withdraw Rs.2000.00 only on 09.04.09 through Tower Chowk ATM branch, Deoghar, Jharkand. But I have not received any amount on the cited date only received a message like “ unable to process” .
However during the time of checking of balance on 12.04.09, I have seen that Rs. 2000.00 was wrongly debited to my account by SBI.
Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the matter & take necessary action for refunding Rs. 2000.00 to my account as early as possible. I shall be highly obliged to you.

this is the second message of p.shivagurunathan regarding the twise debited account due to the negliance caused by the atm machine of hdfc atm facility .only the big mistake i did was i used thesbi atm card in hdfc atm branch atm pondicherry branch all this as happened on28.04.09.please credit the ammount which is rs4000 and my account no:[protected] which is of home branch vasai.please make sure that credit the ammount as soon as possible.

I am a saving bank acct holder of SBI Cantt branch Lucknow, my acct no is [protected].

I had applied for 100 pages cheque book on 21 Apr 2009, bank is debited rupee 150 for the same but the cheque book till yet not delivered to me .

I approached to the bank manager, he denied me to any type of help.

Now I cant understand where to approach to resolve the problem.
