[Resolved]  SBI Online Net Banking — Money Debited

Dear Sir,

I have acct in Sec -2 Noida SbI Bank with net banking enabled. I booked rail ticket at 2nd march. today i check my account.
In my account rupees 1914.00 debited at 2nd march with transaction called

"POS PRCH
[protected] [protected]"

I want my money return. What can i do for returning my money.

iam AVINASH RAVIPATI i have opened my ACCOUNT IN SBI on NOVEMBER28th 2008 and after one month 5days i got my ATM CARD finally..now from the2nd of this month am going to SBI GOVERNMNET GENERAL HOSPITAL everyday for the PINNUMBER they are saying it may take a month to get my PIN NUMBER...the most hilarious thing is there is another branch here in LAKSHMIPURAM in same GUNTUR..on the day of ACCOUNT opening itself they are giving DEBITCARD and PINNUMBER too..when i asked the GENERAL HOSPITAL BRANCH MANAGER about this..his expresiions said who the hell are u?cant i know whats happening around me?can i make call and prove you are wrong?i expressed ya u make a call..then he called and got reply saying that they have been doing it from 20 days...he ended the call and said..YOU WAIT FOR 1WEEK THEN I WILL TELL WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING...this is the pathetic situation in SBI branch GUNTUR GENERAL HOSPITAL...THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH IS NOT AT ALL AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE NERABY BRANCH 1KM.AWAY HOW SILLY...and i dont know how many more days they will take to give a PIN NUMBER to my card..am deeply in trouble as am a HouseSurgeon and i dont have time to stand in long queues with the PassBook in my hand...IS THIS what the so called SBI says BANKING AT ITS BEST AND CONSUMER FIRST ????plz think about it and tell me what to do?if i need to again open an account it costs me more than 600Rs.and again conflict in the branches saying this applicant already applied by that name...plz think about it and tell me what to do?

I have an account No.[protected] with SBI bank. I tried to draw Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) through SBI ATM at palam colony. On completion of all formality I got only 1500/- (Rupees on thousand five hundred only) instead of Rs. 3000/-.
On getting the different amount drawn through this transction I got mini statement through another SBI ATM machine, in which amount withdrawal is reflected Rs. 3000/- where as I got Rs. 1500/- only.
In the mean time make a complaint of this transaction to SBI customer care at same time on 05 January 2009, the person on duty told that this a mechanical falut you should wait for 24 Hrs. for correction of the fault, otherwise you have to approach your SBI concerned branch for rectification of the fault
I reach in my parent branch Vasant vihar in Account section person told me you should go where you withraw money and give him a written complant. after i approach in palam colony Bank person told me u go in your parent branch only still. he is not accept my complant and simply refuse my me this not our fault and go your parent branch.

i have a complaint against SBI Panchrukhi, Distt. kangra (H.P). Actually on saturday my a/c had been increased by rs 1500 when i checked it. but on monday there was no money in it. and when i collect the mini statement from bank than it was showing that money was withdrawn from a/c on sunday. but i didn't do any transcation on sunday. even i withdraw the money on saturday evening but it is not showing in mini statement and when i called to SBI dy manager he was so agressive .

Dear Sir,

I am having Home Loan from SBI R.K.Puram New Delhi vide A/C No: [protected] with fixed interest rate of 8.75%, everything was going on smoothly till Nov'08. From the month of Dec'08 interest rate got changed to 9.25%, I do not know how the interest rate has changed on Fixed Loan.

I contacted helpline number and they advised me to contact the concerned branch, I contacted the branch and they told me that such changes take place from Mumbai automatically.

Kindly guide me in this pretext.

it has been a month since i received my atm card from sbi
i opened my account in coimbatore branch.. ve been comin down twice from blore..
this is the third month and i still dint get my pin number.. can anyone tell me how i can go bout legally
to get this done... will they have to pay for the inconvenience caused to me..n they have an incredibly worse customer handling stratergy...

I have requested for a cheque book on 12th Feb. it is supposed to reach within 4 working days but I have not received it yet. The service charge towards it is already deducted. May I know the reason of this.

My Account working on SBI, ITC, Saharanpur. My A/c no. is [protected]. I was deposit a cheque of HDFC bank in SBI date on[protected]. But My money is not transfered on[protected] in my SBI account. My HDFC cheque no. is 258479 and ammount 3000/- only. Sir so please solute the my problems as soon as such.

i had online banking facility..Is it possible to tranfer funds in my sbi account to other bank accounts through online banking

I have received my User ID and Password long time back but could not log in!!! In this context, I had contacted the Branch but did not get any result. So, my I know what is the problem?? Why I cannot log in? I want to use the facility of internet banking. So, pl try to solve my problem ASAP.
