My welcome kit got delayed for the program, I just called customer care once. The girl was very nice & helped me proactively. There was some problem with my delivery area so she took alternative address & deleverd the courier there within the mentioned timeframe. Thanks
hi i m an sbi card holder.!!.they always provide good and useful programs to the customer like holiday offers, cash back, international offers etc..!!!its always a gr8 pleasure to deal with them...!!
I want to say that SBI being such a reputed bank would not fake customers for such a small smout. I have in the past availed a lot of offers & promotional schemes which bank had started & it was a wonderful deal... I always had been a satisfied customer after utilising the new services... Failing to understand the reason behind so many complaints...

I quite agree with few comments here.. I took the program & planned vacations. For this i made several calls to heritage holidays who have tie up with bank & plat5 consultancy to provide the benefits of offer.. To my surprise they responded very well & arranged for the accommodation but yes, they did annoyed me by asking for 3 choices of locations & dates.. How can anyone decide this in advance?? But... Overall it was o wonderful experience.
I am surprised to read all the aove compliants about SBI.. I have been associated with SBI for a long period & cannot beleive that bank is involved in any kind of frudulent activities. I have been taking such offers in past & never got suc complaints. Its due to large clientele the bank is not able to provide good services, nothing else!!

I am an sbi credit card holder and received a call from the bank or from a firm which the bank has provided my contact details, the call was regarding selling a product (Priviledge circle program) wherein a lot of things were promised, when i insisted on a literature i was told the same would be clearly mentioned on the product document which i would be receiving shortly and finally what was told was not fulfilled. I was also told that i will have an option to return the product if i am not satisfied with the offer and there would be a penelty of around Rs 500 which i would have to pay. I have already spoken to the call centre wherein i spoke with Mr Karan Sharma[protected] / 72 ) who misbehaved and was not keen in guiding me or helping me.
My greviance is that I was told that the vacation is for 2 adult & 2 children, the age for children was not specified on the call. However when i check the website it indicated just 1 children (details mentioned below & have been extracted from (http://www.sbicard.com/sbi/privilegeholiday_terms07.htm), again the literatute in the box indicates 2 children under age of 5. So there is a lot of confusion starting from the call to the details on the website & then on the literature.
I am really annoyed with the way i was treated by Mr.Karan Sharma and feel cheated.
I would request you to please look into the matter as some people & company are diluting the brand of SBI and i guess there are many cases were people have similar complains (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/sbi-privilege-circle-c95168.html)
I would like to get this product off & even cancell my SBI card. Please let me know how both the things can be done at the earliest.

Club Privilege Leisure Offer (Holiday Voucher)
• SBI CARDS (the "SBICPSL") in association with the PLAT5 CONSULTANCY offers to its existing Card members, holding a valid SBICPSL Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as "Card member") the Privilege Vacation Offer ("Offer"). Under the Offer the eligible Card members shall be entitled to avail the facility of Two Nights & Three Days holiday package ("Package") upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions contained herein. The terms indicated here-in are at all times to be read along with terms of the Card member Agreement governing the usage of the Card issued by the SBICPSL to the Card Member and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period and such other terms and conditions that the SBICPSL may deem appropriate in its sole discretion from time to time.
• The Card member is entitled to avail the Offer upon fulfillment of the eligibility criteria ("Eligibility") that may include the membership to SBI CARDS privilege circle & other fee programs, new acquisition of the SBICPSL Credit Card or purchases to the extent designated by the SBICPSL or such other criteria indicated by the SBICPSL in its sole discretion. Once the aforesaid requirements are met by the Card members, the SBICPSL shall send the Booking Voucher (hereinafter "Voucher") to the eligible Card members. In addition to the aforesaid Eligibility Fee, the Card members can avail the Offer only when he/she also pays the handling fee of Rs.250 along with the filled-up Voucher applicable towards the Offer (hereinafter "Handling Fee") and the realization thereof by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY or by its associate partners.
• SBICPSL in its sole discretion shall ascertain the Eligibility of the Card member strictly within the period starting from July 15 th, 2008 (Promotion Period). The welcome kit and other products will be dispatched to the eligible customers within fifteen (15) working days of his/her sale and consequent booking being accepted. The package under the offer would be valid only for 7 months from the date of dispatch of the voucher by Plat5 to the eligible card members.
• All Package(s) offered to the eligible Card members under the Offer shall be for a double-bedded accommodation on twin-sharing basis for period of 2 nights and 3 days which may be used only by a couple and a child below 5 yrs, at any one of the resorts/ hotels listed with PLAT5 CONSULTANCY and made available to you along with the welcome letter. It is clarified that the Package(s) are based on the standard 'European Plan' and no other amenities such as break fast are included. List of Hotels attached in the Annexure A. The 2nights and 3 days holiday voucher is governed with the exclusion periods &other terms as specified in the voucher.
• The Card members who are desirous to avail the Offer shall duly fill the Voucher as per the instructions and dispatch the same at the address stated therein along with the Handling Fee. The dispatching of the Voucher to PLAT5 CONSULTANCY and receipt thereof by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY should not be later than the specific validity date (Dispatch Period/Application Period) of the said Voucher(s) which shall be depicted (for the reference and the compliance by the Card members) on the respective Voucher(s) sent to them. The Card member shall ensure that his/her choice of proposed date of booking shall be strictly within the Validity Period applicable to the said Voucher and that there is an advance notice of at least 21 days from the date of booking requested for the Package and the receipt of the completed Voucher by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY (Notice Period).
• The Applying period for the Club Privilege Leisure Offer is 4 months from the date of dispatch period.
• As regards the aforesaid time period stipulations, it is clarified that no Voucher shall be accepted after the expiry of the Dispatch Period/ Application Period and/or insufficient Notice period and/or a request made for booking for dates beyond the Validity Period
• The Card members, upon receipt of the Voucher, must fill the Voucher as per the directions including but not limited to instructions with regards to choice of destinations and dates i.e. 3 choices of the destinations per date and distinct choices of dates for the 3 destinations. Furthermore, while filling and dispatching the Voucher, the Card member shall ensure the compliance with regard to the Validity Period, Dispatch Period/ Application Period and the Notice Period. The Card member upon receipt of the Voucher, shall dispatch the duly filled Voucher to the SBICPSL at Heritage Holidays Pvt Limited, c/of Plat 5 Consultancy Pvt ltd. F 138 First Floor, Rajouri Garden, Main Mkt, New Delhi, 110027 or at the address (as indicated in the Voucher).
It may be noted here that the promoter of this program is PLAT5 CONSULTANCY and they shall be solely responsible for fulfillment of the offer. SBICPSL shall not be responsible for fulfillment of the offer or deficiencies in the services rendered by PLAT 5 or its agents / employees. Details of terms for voucher shall be written in the voucher sent to the card member too & shall be referred by card-member from there too.
• Upon receipt of the duly filled up Voucher, PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall contact the Card member for confirmation of the Package, on the Email address/telephone call stated in the Voucher usually within 15 days of such receipt or by such media as may be indicated by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY in the Voucher. The aforesaid contact by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall not in any event be less than 7 days before the date of booking to confirm the choices of destination and date thereof, as stated in the filled-up Voucher.
• For the Customer to be able to avail the Program, wherein holiday to select destinations is given to the Customer, The Customer must fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria, to the satisfaction of the SBICPSL, in accordance with policies of the SBICPSL as applicable from time to time:
• Where the Customer, more specifically existing SBICPSL Customers, have paid an amount towards Privilege Circle Fee
• It is clarified that the SBICPSL is not be responsible for the confirmation of the bookings or intimation to the Card members regarding or the status of the booking, etc. PLAT5 CONSULTANCY reserves the right to confirm any "ONE" of the dates and destination out of the choices that are mentioned by the Card member in the Voucher. It is clarified that the booking and confirmation of the Package is subject to availability of dates and destination and if the same are not available as per the choices of the Card member, PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall exclusively attempt to alternate booking options to the Card member. However, at all times, no request for booking of Package under the Offer shall be accepted for the exclusion period as mentioned in the annexure.
• PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall be responsible for all activities/ services including but not limited to, booking, confirming, corresponding with the Card member etc. No cancellations or amendments are permitted upon the issuance of confirmation letter of the booking, the issuance of which shall be deemed as the full availment of the Offer and/or the Package by the Card member.
• PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall be liable for all/any representations/ communications made with the Card member(s) by Plat5 and SBICPSL has no liability towards the same. It is further clarified that in case the choices of destination and dates as chosen by the Card member are unavailable, then the Card member shall give PLAT5 CONSULTANCY alternate destinations and dates through a fresh Voucher. The said fresh Voucher shall be sent by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY to the said Card members, which shall be duly filled and sent by the Card member to PLAT5 CONSULTANCY. It is clarified that with regards the fresh Voucher submitted by the aforesaid Card members, the time periods applicable including those for Validity Date, Dispatch Date, etc. shall be extended for a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the fresh Voucher. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the fresh Voucher(s) shall only be sent to such Card members who have complied with all the applicable terms of the Offer prior to the said dispatch of fresh Voucher(s) in the opinion of the SBICPSL and/or PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.
• The SBICPSL clarifies that the Vouchers issued to Card members cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion whatsoever and the Offer is for individual usage by the said Card member only. Further, the SBICPSL clarifies that the Voucher is non transferable/ non negotiable/ non endorsable and cannot be sold, resold, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative form whatsoever. The Card members understand that proof of posting shall not be a proof of receipt of the same by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.
• It is also clarified that taxes (if any) with regard to the Offer and/or the Package including but not limited to, service charges, travel insurance, etc. are to be borne by the Card members. All such taxes/charges may have to be paid by the Card member to PLAT5 CONSULTANCY as stated herein above. Further, the amounts charged against/towards these taxes/charges are subject to change due to various circumstances beyond the SBICPSLs/PLAT5 CONSULTANCY's control and the SBICPSL and/or the PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall not be liable for the same.
• It is clarified that in the event of any withdrawal or cancellation or any issue arising from non fulfillment or from the availing of the Offer within the validity period of the voucher by any of the Card members (due to any reason whatsoever), the Fee payment made by the Card members, if the same has been made, shall be the maximum liable amount to be refunded to the said Card members by the Plat5 . In case of non availability or any other unforeseen circumstances the maximum liability of PLAT5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd towards customer shall be the fee paid by the customer towards taking the offer. However, no refund of any amount paid by the Card member under the Offer shall be made after the confirmation letter of the Package has been issued to such Card member. The SBICPSL shall not have any liability whatsoever over the aforesaid refund and any Card members' complaints or claims thereof shall lie exclusively with PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.
• PLAT5 CONSULTANCY may choose to refuse, accept and acknowledge the Vouchers received if the same have been filled in or are submitted by/in favor of other persons other than those to whom the said Vouchers were issued by the SBICPSL/Plat5 Consultancy. The SBICPSL and/or PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall not be held responsible for any claims for Vouchers that are not delivered at the first instance from the SBICPSL, lost for any reason whatsoever, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, late or mutilated.
• It is clearly stated that the SBICPSL shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any services related to the Offer including dispatch of Vouchers, receipt thereof by the Card members, damage, mutilation or loss of Voucher during mail transit, etc. The SBICPSL's responsibility under the Offer is limited to communicating the details of the Offer to the Card members PLAT5 consultancy shall in its sole discretion send the Vouchers to the Card members eligible for availing the Offer, in accordance with its policies as applicable from time to time. The SBICPSL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life) to an Card member directly or indirectly, by use or non use of any other products/services offered under the Offer / Package.
• The SBICPSL does not hold any warranty or makes any representation with regard to the delivery, quality, availability, merchantability or suitability of the services as may be offered under the present Offer and/or Package and the SBICPSL shall not entertain or be responsible for any communication in this regard.
• Under the Offer, all destinations/ dates shall be subject to promotional availability & change, for instance during special events and festivals, availability of destinations / dates may be more restricted. No bookings of Package under the Offer shall be accepted for the Exclusion Period. Hence, the Card member are informed that details of a particular destinations / properties confirmation, even after being agreed to by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY, may be altered on account of various reasons. In the event of such alteration, PLAT5 CONSULTANCY or the SBICPSL shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.
• The Terms & Conditions as stated herein are not exhaustive and can be modified, altered by the SBICPSL in its sole discretion at any time whatsoever. The SBICPSL reserves the right at any time without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any Terms and Conditions, including the number of Card members to be identified, any charges that may be levied in light of provision of the Offer / Package, etc. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by the SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or any other scheme.
• The availing of the of the Offer / Package by the Card members is voluntary and if any Card members choose not to avail the Offer / Package, then he/she may inform/intimate the SBICPSL in this regard in the manner as indicated by the SBICPSL in its sole discretion from time to time. The availing of the Offer / Package shall be strictly in accordance with applicable law, including any amendment, modification or re-enactment thereof. SBICPSL reserves the right to refuse, revoke and/or discontinue the Offer to any Card member without having to cite any reason and/or any other obligation whatsoever towards the said Card member. Further, the Card member may be contacted by the SBICPSL and/or its associates, Designated Third Parties, through various medium, including but not limited to e-mails, SMS, monthly statements, etc.
• SBICPSL and PLAT5 CONSULTANCY reserve the right to change/ modify/ withdraw/ suspend/cancel the Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• The Card member hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Card member to be exchanged with PLAT5 CONSULTANCY for the purpose of the present Offer.
• By the act of filling up of the Voucher, the Card member shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Terms & Conditions contained herein and further agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The instructions with regard to booking under the Offer / Package and all the other information stated in the Voucher also form part of the terms and conditions of this Offer and Card member shall be deemed to have accepted them unconditionally.
• All claims made by Card members against the Offer and/or the Package that do not comply with these terms may, at the SBICPSL's and PLAT5 CONSULTANCY's sole discretion, be disqualified. In the event that any claim is disqualified then the Card member shall forthwith return any Voucher issued pursuant to such claim to SBICPSL/PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.

Further, the amounts charged against/towards these taxes/charges are subject to change due to various circumstances beyond the SBICPSLs/PLAT5 CONSULTANCY's control and the SBICPSL and/or the PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall not be liable for the same.
• It is clarified that in the event of any withdrawal or cancellation or any issue arising from non fulfillment or from the availing of the Offer within the validity period of the voucher by any of the Card members (due to any reason whatsoever), the Fee payment made by the Card members, if the same has been made, shall be the maximum liable amount to be refunded to the said Card members by the Plat5 . In case of non availability or any other unforeseen circumstances the maximum liability of PLAT5 Consultancy Pvt Ltd towards customer shall be the fee paid by the customer towards taking the offer. However, no refund of any amount paid by the Card member under the Offer shall be made after the confirmation letter of the Package has been issued to such Card member. The SBICPSL shall not have any liability whatsoever over the aforesaid refund and any Card members' complaints or claims thereof shall lie exclusively with PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.
• PLAT5 CONSULTANCY may choose to refuse, accept and acknowledge the Vouchers received if the same have been filled in or are submitted by/in favor of other persons other than those to whom the said Vouchers were issued by the SBICPSL/Plat5 Consultancy. The SBICPSL and/or PLAT5 CONSULTANCY shall not be held responsible for any claims for Vouchers that are not delivered at the first instance from the SBICPSL, lost for any reason whatsoever, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, late or mutilated.
• It is clearly stated that the SBICPSL shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any services related to the Offer including dispatch of Vouchers, receipt thereof by the Card members, damage, mutilation or loss of Voucher during mail transit, etc. The SBICPSL's responsibility under the Offer is limited to communicating the details of the Offer to the Card members PLAT5 consultancy shall in its sole discretion send the Vouchers to the Card members eligible for availing the Offer, in accordance with its policies as applicable from time to time. The SBICPSL shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life) to an Card member directly or indirectly, by use or non use of any other products/services offered under the Offer / Package.
• The SBICPSL does not hold any warranty or makes any representation with regard to the delivery, quality, availability, merchantability or suitability of the services as may be offered under the present Offer and/or Package and the SBICPSL shall not entertain or be responsible for any communication in this regard.
• Under the Offer, all destinations/ dates shall be subject to promotional availability & change, for instance during special events and festivals, availability of destinations / dates may be more restricted. No bookings of Package under the Offer shall be accepted for the Exclusion Period. Hence, the Card member are informed that details of a particular destinations / properties confirmation, even after being agreed to by PLAT5 CONSULTANCY, may be altered on account of various reasons. In the event of such alteration, PLAT5 CONSULTANCY or the SBICPSL shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.
• The Terms & Conditions as stated herein are not exhaustive and can be modified, altered by the SBICPSL in its sole discretion at any time whatsoever. The SBICPSL reserves the right at any time without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any Terms and Conditions, including the number of Card members to be identified, any charges that may be levied in light of provision of the Offer / Package, etc. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by the SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or any other scheme.
• The availing of the of the Offer / Package by the Card members is voluntary and if any Card members choose not to avail the Offer / Package, then he/she may inform/intimate the SBICPSL in this regard in the manner as indicated by the SBICPSL in its sole discretion from time to time. The availing of the Offer / Package shall be strictly in accordance with applicable law, including any amendment, modification or re-enactment thereof. SBICPSL reserves the right to refuse, revoke and/or discontinue the Offer to any Card member without having to cite any reason and/or any other obligation whatsoever towards the said Card member. Further, the Card member may be contacted by the SBICPSL and/or its associates, Designated Third Parties, through various medium, including but not limited to e-mails, SMS, monthly statements, etc.
• SBICPSL and PLAT5 CONSULTANCY reserve the right to change/ modify/ withdraw/ suspend/cancel the Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• The Card member hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Card member to be exchanged with PLAT5 CONSULTANCY for the purpose of the present Offer.
• By the act of filling up of the Voucher, the Card member shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Terms & Conditions contained herein and further agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The instructions with regard to booking under the Offer / Package and all the other information stated in the Voucher also form part of the terms and conditions of this Offer and Card member shall be deemed to have accepted them unconditionally.
• All claims made by Card members against the Offer and/or the Package that do not comply with these terms may, at the SBICPSL's and PLAT5 CONSULTANCY's sole discretion, be disqualified. In the event that any claim is disqualified then the Card member shall forthwith return any Voucher issued pursuant to such claim to SBICPSL/PLAT5 CONSULTANCY.
• All terms and conditions stated herewith are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi
• SBI Cardholder is not bound in anyway to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.

I am failing to understand how so many people are doubting the credibility of a bank like SBI... I have personally availed this offer from SBI in association with PLAT5 & as a service provider the plat5 team was wonderful... They did a brilliant job in justifying their trust which SBI has put in them...
But after reading so much negative i am in trauma that how & why did it happen.. why there are so many people grumbling about the services not delivered & nobody is looking at the benefits of the offer..
I being an old customer with SBI, am not able to digest that what ever written above is true. Would personally investigate it & am sure its all fake.
There are unsatisfied customers so that SBI PLAT5 should keep up the good work.

Quite surprising that so many people are doubting the credibility of a bank like SBI.. I am a member of the bank for very long time & I have received many calls for such programs & offers..Its obviously my wish whether or not i should take these offers..

I personally being the one who has availed these offers can say that plat5 is one of the best service providers.. they assisted in the possible way they can..Rest it is both the companies who has to see how it is going on!!!

Truly guys... we have been fully misleaded with a very fake offer. We should raise our voices to stop being mischeated like this. SBI would pay for it in terms of their status, name and fame in the country. THE SBI ventures with Private Sector Heritage Holidays are really money minting and all FAKE...

I SBI member for 10 years..offer very good..I like very much this offer, i get time to enjoy a lot with family. reading so many complaints upset me.. it is not good as SBI very good bank & loyal also.
Hi everyone.. my experience with the team was very different as to what is mentioned here.. everybody is pointing at the bank & complaining about the services not delivered but my point is why is no one looking at the benefits which are being offered through the program... The benefits are such that we can save a lot & it would be convenient for us to get the bookings.

I have filled up the forms and sent them to the concern department. Thats all no reply from those guys then after.
I have followed up to find out the update on my vochers. Frequently i have called up and alos wrote them throught mails as i need to blcok the tickets i need confirmation on my hotel booking. Now the time is very near by for my holiday and i also took leave for me and for my family to go for a nice holiday but SBI Privilege Circle programme is not confirming the hotel bookinga and i fell it is better for every on o[censored]s to go for a holiday with out Privilege Circle programme .i mean it would be good if we plan and book on our own.
please do not go for SBI Privilege Circle programme . they will call us until they deduct our money from our cards. later on they(Bank) won't do any follow up or neither communication to the customer. Very much disappointed with SBI Privilege Circle programme .My sincere advice to all of SBI Credit card members is not to Bookholiday through SBI Privilege Circle programme and loose the moeny and it is waste of time in following up because our money will be struck with them(SBI BANK) and there is no option to cancel the booking.

Yes.It's absolutely true.Even they cheated me also.I lost 6067 rs because of their cheating words.They send a fake watch which is not working also.Even they are not attending calls whenever I am making a call.There is no remedy for this?.What will be the solution ?.Really I can't believe these type of frauds doing by SBI .Please we have to keep a fullstop for this.

Yes.It's absolutely 100% true.They are frauds even theyare not attending the calls to listen the complaints.They have sent a fake watch which is not working & it's not worth for 5000 rs, i's a purely duplicate . I lost 6067 rs because of this.They rae cheating each & everyone in society.What will be remedy for this?.How to keep fullstop for this?.Even I can't believe that these type of cheating things done by SBI group.
