request of duplicate atm

've lost my atm card bearing no.[protected] and i've submited my request on 26.10.07 and as advised by the bank authorities SBI main branch, kakinada i've paid an amount rs.220/- on 30-10-07 for duplicate atm card and informed to Delhi inturn they have informed a no. [protected]. In this connection after a lapse of 2 months the same request (xerox copy) submitted in jan2008, unfortunately i've not received duplicate...

Credit Card Fraudulent Usage

My credit card's been charged for transactions which i din make... credit card statement does'nt reveal any information other than the shop name... when i called customer care.. they are telling the transaction's are manually swiped, but i still have my card in possesion, , , i remember i had'nt handed over my card to anyone... now the customer care are saying that i only have to pay the amount ... if i ask for the merchant...

request for reversal of charges

it is requested to kindly revert the charges on a/c of cheque returns n late payment.(statement dtd sep 11, 2008)
Rs.428.30+30.90+250 on card no.[protected]
and rs.250+s.tax and rs 600 on card no.[protected] both linked to each other.
As i had to move out of station due to some emergent work i could not deposit the amount against cheques issued for payment towards credit cards.
immediately it came...

Rs. 1000/- has been deducted on 02.10.08 but not credited till date

Sir, I had visited the ATM at Ram Ram Bank Chauraha, Aliganj, Lucknow on 02.10.08. i selected banking fast cash option for withdrawing 1000/- Rs but the machine declined saying that unable to response. thereafter in the night i withdraw 1000/- from IOC Aliganj, Lucknow branch.
Rs. 1000/ extra has been deducted from my account. my mini statement shows the withdrawl of rs 1000/- each two times but i had just withdrawn rs 1000/- one...

Activation Problem-New Type

I am running from pillar-to-post to get a new type of internt-activation problem, solved. I opened my SB a/c in late 2006, (just before my retirement) for Govt of India, to credit my defence pension. Later I applied for an Internet Banking Account and the kit did not work. Now I find that someone in SBI has discovered that my internet account was mapped as "Corporate Account" (whereas I have opened a "Personal Banking"...

Education loan-COMPLAINT

Dear sir
Through this letter I would wish to point out the pathetic condition of SBI, MAIN BRANCH, SAHIBGANJ, JHARKHAND. Of late the Manager is not availabe and the loan sanctioning office, newly appointed, seems to be very ineffective.For the past two months, I have been running to get my Education loan sanctioned but to my despair the things have worsened.

SBI Card Offers

This is regarding various offers which SBI Card provides to its consumers. To be precise..it is regarding the Worldspace offer of last year and Railway Rumble Offer of March-April this year. SBI Card promises lot of the things but never completes those promises. Now I am really tired with all these false promises....

I, Credit Card Holder (No [protected]), already made full & final payment as advised by your customer service department on telephone. But till date I am receiving your credit card bill of late payment fees. I surprised about this statments why & what kind of late fees you charged in the statements as I already closed my Credit card no [protected] .

Non - payment of my father's money after his death-24years

Dear Indians, it is a matter of surprise that the SBI are real dishonest and are busy in unfair trade practices.My father had a saving bank account in SBI, Medical college Branch, JABALPUR. He, my father, Late Captain RATAN CHAND DONGRIA, of BHATAPARA, expired on 4th May !984. Soon after this thirteenth day ceremony, I submitted his death certificate and claim to return the money.
