I have account with SBI in Srivilliputhur. Few days before unfortunatly my ATM card was blocked. I applied for new card through branch. At the time of applying the branch people told me that I will receive card within 15 days. i had four times for sbi credit card but neither i have received any quiry nor card is being made. when i contacted costomer care, their manager mr. janmit singh confirmed that a long ago, one credit card had been issued to me but could not be delivered to me, which shows a outstanding of about rs. 400/-.
