[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — WRONG ALLEGATIONS

DEAR SIR,

I AM NEERAJ BAHL MY MEMBERSHIP NO IS 38727 YESTERDAY I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY CAR BATTERY PROBLEM. THE PERSON ON YOUR SIDE TOLD ME THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY WILL VISIT MAX BY 30 MINUTES BUT AFTER ONE HOUR AGAIN I CALLED ON SAME NUMBER AND YOUR PERSON SAID HE IS NEARBY MY PLACE HE WILL BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES BUT AGAIN HE DIDNT ABLE TO MAKE IT IN THE MEAN WHILE I HAVE SOME URGENT WORK TO DO THAT GOT DELAYED AGAIN I CALLED AFTER HALF AN HOUR THEN AGAIN I GOT SAME RESONSE HE VISIT MY PLACE APPROXIMATELY AFTER 2 AND HALF HOUR.I WAITED THERE FOR AROUND 8HOURS AND MADE AROUND 60CALLS TO YOUR CALLCENTRE BUT I DID NOT GET EVEN A SINGLE CALL FROM YOUR SIDE. BEING A VERY GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER THIS TYPE OF SERVICES ARE NOT EXPECTED FROM YOUR SIDE . PLS BE AWARE ABOUT THE SERVICES SO THAT WE AS A CUSTOMER DID NOTSUFFER.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — delay in service

on 10th december 2009 around 12pm helpline contaced for punctered tyre and after 20 to 30 phone calls their van came at 5.30 pm i.e. after five and half hour. that is their service. and no body ever senior authorities available to give answer about delay. if anyone wants to take car helpline pls do not enter with speed car helpline.there pho;ne nos are [protected],2,3.

This is an ungegistered company. Please do not take any membership with this company.

Guys at speed, you dont provide service when we actually need them, last month my car was lying on the roadside for two days coz u did not tow my vehicle even though i was promised free towing till service station, infact i was given no of some crane company and was asked to pay if i used the service...secondly i have called u four times since yesterday and am still waiting for ur person to turn up..so its two occassion u ditched me in the last 1 and a half months...such fake promises u guys make..i m happy my subscription is expiring in feb...so not much agony left for me...god bless other subscribers.

Well, I am the new subscriber of Speed helpline, these people were after my life untill I paid them for the subscription but today I had my first call to them for my car's flat tyre and its been 5 hours that they have not been turned up. And the sales team who made huge promises before taking the money said that they cant do anything about it. FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE I CAN SAY ITS A FRAUD COMPANY. ANY ONE THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE DUSTBIN BUT DO NOT PAY TO SPEED. MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER FOR SPEED IS NS49232

There service is terrible. please donot gave them your hard earned money.

I have called them on two occassions:

1. After calling them arounf 15-20 times they came after 8 hrs.

2. Recently one of my cars tyre got punctured and i called them. They siad helper would come after 30 min. I called again and got the same reply. when i asked for helper no. they said they cannot give it (Company Policy). When i called third time they said they are following up with helper and they will contact me in 10 min. I didn't recieved their call till today. I got it fixed myself and came home in night at 10 PM cursing these buggers.

Return my fee incase ur employee tell you the truth and you feel responsible for it.


Speed car helpline is a pathetic company and their service sucks!!!

These are big time thugs. dont ever go for their service.

I got my car puntured at 9 pm at Dhallupura. I called Speed helpline at least 15 times and every time the person on the other side (name was SP) said that the driver has left for the that place. When I asked that where he reached right now, I got the response saying that he is not picking up the phone. I will give you a call after contacting him

I waited for him till 10:30 pm and then finally I arranged local mechanic and get that done.

At 11 pm, I called again at spped helpline to check what happende to the driver., I got the response saying that he reached and nobody was there, therefor he left

The next morning I tried to contact to Mr. neeraj and Mr. Ranjit (Senior persons) but no positive response

SPEED HELPLINE IS THUGGING PEOPLE LIKE THIS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO STOP GOING FOR ANY REGISTRATION AND WANT GOVERMENT TO TAKE STRICT ACTIONS AGAINST THIS ORGANIZATION

AFTER WAITING FOR THE PERSON FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES I DECIDED TO HELP MYSELF AS MY FAMILY WAS ALSO STRANDED WITH ME ON THE HIGHWAY.I OUGHT TO HAVE DONE IT MYSELF MUCH EARLIER BUT BECAUSE I HAD COMMITTED MISTAKE OF TAKING YOUR MEMBERSHIP, I SUFFERED. I GOT A CALL AT12-37 PM INFORMING THAT THE HELP HAS REACHED.
PLEASE CHANGE YOUR NAME FROM SPEED HELPLINE TO WAIT FOR EVER HELPLESSNESS.

Speed is completely useless and their service is a farce. The managers are not available to listen.

You people are running a fraud company. you people are cheaters i am also using your company services and my three friends are also using your services . our vehicle are standing on road sometimes we call at your customer care. every time we have to fight with your representtatives. no van comes for help us.
you are running a scam. we will meet you in the consumer court. just wait.

I am very much disappointed by the service of the Speed Car Helpline... I recently taken their membership in place of earlier using the services of Race Car ... as per the discussion held at the time of purchase the lady assured me for the best services available in town... I don't know what she meant by this... but just wanted to give you a small incident which happened with me day before yesterday ...now you people judge about the service they offer...

I was coming down to Delhi after attending some marriage functions somewhere in MP I was approaching the Delhi and it was around 10 PM by the time unfortunately by Car broke down... I was not able to start the car even...so I called the helpline numbers and they assured me the mechanic will be there in 30 min time after 40 minutes I again called and got the same answer after calling every 10-15 minutes I was getting the same answers that the mechanic will be there as he is busy with some other problem (seems they are having only one mechanic on the root) I told them number of times that I am travelling from the last 12 hours and my kids and wife are already exhausted ... but don't know this makes them think about my situation or not... but finally after 2 and a half hour the mechanic came... and to my surprise when I told him the problem he said he can't help on this and I need to call the Towing Vehicle - which makes me think that the problem must be really very big... even my repetitive requests to at least have a look on the problem he denies and gave me the same answer ...somehow he helps me in starting my car and I myself bring the car to Noida... and when I took the car to service station they took 2 minutes to solve the problem - but on the midnight I suffered with my family for 3 hours...

They donot at all provide the service and dont even repond back i was standing for 2hours waiting for assistance but no one appared.

I called up for the service on 22/02/10 at 2:30 pm till 5:30 no one turned up these guys are fraud i have taken 4 membership on the commitment of sandeep ahuja he is also fraud he will not pick ur call and you guys will be standing on road for ever. Dont ever take service from speed they are fraud and they dont eveen care and abuse you at the same time.

Very poor services...i will give 0 out of 10.when i got the offered they told me that its for 2 year and for 2 car. but as soon as i deposited the money i came to know its only for 1 car and for 1 year.No body is ready to hear my complain.Moreover from many of my friends i came to know their service is very poor..even many times they even dont come..dont get into the trap of speed helpline.
