This is totaly fraud company. One of their agent sold me Speed membership @ 500 and committed for 2 years service in this cost. But even within a year i called them twice. Once they said they will not send anybody at any cost and i can do whatever i can with very rude behaviour and second time with in a year they told me that my membership number is not valid as this belongs to old owners of SPEED. Totally fraud and no service.

Thanks to your feedback, I just refrained myself from taking up Speed membership.
I had been receiving sales calls for the past few weeks and when they said the membership fee is just Rs.499/- for 2 years, I felt it was a good deal and decided to go for it. One of their sales representatives was about to reach my workplace to get the close the deal... and while waiting for him, thankfully I decided to read a few things about them online when I bumped into this forum. I finally called them up and told them I didn't wish to pursue this deal any further... I received 4 calls after that (one after the other) asking me the reason for cancellation and to convince me that complaints here are nothing but gibberish!
Now that I haven't gone for Speed, I still wish to go for some good and reliable car helpline... can anyone one of you suggest?

NO SERiVICE FOR 3 HOURS AND NO RESPONSE EVEN AFTER
My membership number is NS-72167 and i required your service for my bike Pulser180 DL7S BE5677 which broke in Moti Bagh on 25th june, 11 at 6:15pm while coming from office so i called your helpline number they said help will reach in 30 mins i waited till 7:00pm then i again called they again gave me another confirmation for service within 30 mins i kept waiting for yours so called good service till 9:00pm because after their one more excuse on 8:00pm they stopped picking up the phone i even talked to some your senior person Mr Agarwal on [protected] so i had to leave my bike there with someone and anyhow managed to come to home by 11:00pm. I seriously don't understand if you people are not capable of providing service then why do you embarrass people by keeping them waiting for commitment of service on roadside and even after that i called next day for answer and they again dissatisfy me by not giving me any proper response
I hope you will response to this mail with proper answer on my mail ID or else i'll have to take some LEGAL ACTION against you

I have just bought your service the sales rep who came made big promises how ever i called the help line today and at 1440 hrs and some one from the call center told me that help is on the way and some one will be there in 30 min however no one came post 30 min i called back and was told by some mr varun that the service cab is at iffco sq and will be at the break down place in 10 min no one came thin i called in again and was told that the cap coming will take another 15 min by the same mr varun i told him that some one need to come fast as its been one he and 10 min no one came again he told me that we have a lot of cars that need to be fixed and will take 30 to 40 min now that till 1640 hr i told him ok mean time i dint get any call back while i was promissed on the calls that they will call back after checking the responce dear customer i will request you not to use this service as they simply do not come i called the feedback no. no one one picked up the call the no for the waris auto services pvt ltd no one picks up so net net is that they will take your money and then forget about you and leave you standing on the road with no asistence ...

I am also a member of speed car helpline they have such a bad services my car broke down and when i called them their reprentative told me that thir person will take around 30 min to reach the place where my car broke down but after waiting for 90 min their person didnt reached there so when i called up the customer care no. he spoke to me in such a bad manner and told me that now nobody is gonna come over there to help me out and i have to manage this on my own .
Hope someone will take the necessary step against them.

speed car helpline is pathetic very bad services the people sitting over there are such an a******s they even dont know how to talk to the customers they dont send anybody for the road assistance.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — miss sell and denied to give service
my name is AMIT SETHI. i bought the service of speed car helpline. on 18th august 2011 mr car tyre got puntured and i called there service centre no. at 43431111 some kamal picked the phone and refused to give me services . he talked to me with abusive manner and said jaa meri company band kara de tere mein himmat hai to. please do the needful ASAP. AS I M VERY MUCH ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICES.THE ID NO WHICH THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME IS NS-73615.
