I had punctured my vehicle in the evening, I tried calling your call center from the road but it could not get through. Any ways I bought my vehicle home and tried again. The executive who received my call took all my details and reassured me that it would be taken care in half an hour.
From 6:55 PM when I made my first call there were several conversations I had with your executives. Each time I was told about new terms and conditions and also assured that any how the service would be at my door the next moment (the message that was continuously was communicated that the car was last at ashram and would reach Noida soon). The executives re assured that they would update me with the status after speaking to the mechanic but all in vain. I asked the executives to connect me to the floor manager but nobody cared.
I tried your numbers on the website but to my surprise they didn’t even work.
My final call was made after 11:00 PM when a guy spoke to me and told me that the car which was coming to me had some technical issues and was unable to reach. I was surprised that nobody even cared to inform me for the same.
Q1. Why was it not communicated to me earlier when I had made endless calls? I actually had to used a couple of my friend’s phones because my call was not attended; perhaps my number was getting displayed.
Q2. Do you have only one vehicle that runs in entire Delhi/NCR to serve the customers?
Q3. I understand that you have very beautifully designed the terms and conditions of your agreement and I am sure that all this would also be taken care of at your end. But I would request you to please ask your sales people to educate the end customer about all this when they come to crack the deal with us.
Today I really feel unfortunate and miserable that I opted for SPEED instead of ... agency. I had been using their service for a year but never faced such a helpless situation. It was just a week ago I made this great decision. I understand that may be SPEED does not have the infrastructure to support so many customers, so I would suggest that you stop adding on new customers and create one with which you can keep the existing people happy.
I work as a Lead HR for an IT MNC; people loose their jobs & credibility in IT for so much slackness and dishonesty. Please advice in case I should at least inform my 2000 + fellow colleagues about your service to save them from all the harassment I had to face.
All I would request you from now is to let me know how it is possible to withdraw my membership back and get my money refunded.
I hope you read my email and take some corrective action. In case you don’t feel the need I would appreciate if you could personally respond to my email to ensure that it was read by you and not deleted by your subordinates.

I am fully agree with you .Today on 17/03/2010.I made the complaint at 1600 Hrs for very high race in ideal condition Now it is 1910 but no help has come .I am with my wife and being Wednesday this are of Delhi is closed .I do not find any mechanic from outsource also I am senior citizen .My wife and me are still waiting for help from speed .We have made about 20 calls but of no use .Company should return our fee and also apologise for the great inconvenience
Ref to above comments, complaint made yesterday ar 1600 Hrs no help, no call from SPEED.When I contected again today they reported this fault not comes under contract.That means you be on road and they enjoy the money without any work.

Speed service is really very pathetic . I dont know why they are running this business, when they are not able to keep up their commitments .

I have called up SPEED for my car breakdown issue, they always told, that their mechanic is reaching the site, but he actually never reached .
The operators on the phone don't know, how to talk to the customers .

I am also a victim of SPEED poor services. I called these guys at 08:30 AM in the morning as my car got punchered. The guy on the other side of the phone assured my that SPEED guys will reach with in 40 minutes.
Sadly, I am still waiting for them and it is 01:30 PM. I called these people many time but they are making lame excuses again and again.
I even tried the number of Mr. Neeraj (MD Speed) but it is switched off. I am not sure what sort of services these guys are providing.

it's not poor instead very pathetic... I lodged a request for Car Tyre Puncture around 7.00 P.M. on 1st Jun'10. I followed up with them for nearly 3 hrs. (made around 30-35 calls, out of which 15-20 were not replied at all). It's now 3.00 P.m. of 2nd Jun'10, No one has turned up till now. Now When I tried to discuss the issue with their manager today, they are not picking up my phone at all. This is the kind of service, Speed car helpline is treating with its customers. No one at the Company botheres abt the condition the custmoer is getting thru on the road.
On their trust only, people goes around with tense-free mind. And Finally one day when you need their service, no one is there.
Are we paying for this?????
And Finally I m going to discontinue my membeship with them and would ask for refund.

today morning
I called to speed car helpline waris auto, patel nagar, delhi call centre at 5:55Am (2min20sec) & 6:20am(44sec) but I am still waiting to change my punctured stepany & some starting fault at old delhi railway station bcs I am unable to do so due to backpain, leg fracture.
There was no response on phone from last 35minutes, I had call abt 10times on all three nos. 71, 72, 73 but it's constantly replying number is busy.
Aborted/busy call done by me (6:31am three times, 6:32 four times, 6:33, 6:34 two times, 6:35, 6:41, 6:54) Wht type of service credentials u have??
Due to traffic jam on gate, one railway policeman picked my phone & redialled ur nos (7:10am busy, 7:14 (27sec), 7:15 (52sec)} and executive is not attended him seriously, i think the men talked loudly some thing as per his job nature. and i expected some one will come< and when i called up again around 7:31 (sunil talked to me around 9minutes but suddenlt call failed), again no one came.
Still waiting, no one came, 100 minutes passed...wht a joke...

There was no response on phone from last 35minutes, I had call abt 10times on all three nos. 71, 72, 73 but it's constantly replying number is busy.
Aborted/busy call done by me (6:31am three times, 6:32 four times, 6:33, 6:34 two times, 6:35, 6:41, 6:54) Wht type of service credentials u have??
Due to traffic jam on gate, one railway policeman picked my phone & redialled ur nos (7:10am busy, 7:14 (27sec), 7:15 (52sec)} and executive is not attended him seriously, i think the men talked loudly some thing as per his job nature. and i expected some one will come< and when i called up again around 7:31 (sunil talked to me around 9minutes but suddenlt call failed), again no one came.
Still waiting, no one came, 100 minutes passed...wht a joke...
i am using first time this service. I had applied this in august but some account person at ur office
replied me this is not for 2 yrs pls stop the payment. but after 2 months india financial mr. Ruman called me to return my check, as per his mail & given assurance on letter head that this card will be available to me for 2yrs from oct 2009 to oct 2011, pls reply this query as well. bcs again some account person at ur office replied me this is not for 2 yrs .. wht a joke again... and i shocked badly & very sad due to this bad experience, i dont want to continue such rerlation, refund my fees... waiting for ur prompt reply...

It is the most disguesting car service provider who have the different qualities like lier, dis-honesty, always arrive 3-4 hrs late, duped money from the consumer.
The call center person never giving you the owner number. Owner is the one who is least interested about the consumer problem because of his staff.
Latest incident is today, 06/07/10, morning at 06:25 hrs I register a complaint, and till now at 10:20 hrs, the mechenic from the company not come yet and when I called up call center they said "thoda time aur lagege" and bang the phone. And I assured you that this complaint is not going to solve till evening as I know the service standard of speed. Expect this I have 10 to 12 more incidents in which I didn't get the services from the speed and they make my time like the experience of hell.
I suggested to the owner of the company to kindly try to grab the consumer comments and try to solve the the problem accordingly and timely. And try to show some hospitality as a service provider.
And lastly I suggest the consumer not to use and believe in such kind of service provider like speed, who bluff the people.

is there anyone out there..who reads n responds to the harassment by SPEED...they have the worst customer service ever..and i wish to know if anyone has filed a case against them..cause i am genuinly in a mood to sue them..BIGTIME>..i wana take them to the media and tell the country not to get any membership from them...cz they have the worst customer serivice ever...which leads me to believe that they only make money n actually dnt offer any services..except rudeness and 0 customer service...If the manager out there is listening...care to respond..I am so pissed i dnt even think its worth mentioning my incident here cause i see so many have already been thru the same torture..they can leave a woman who trusts their service stranded on the road for hours..without caring to chk if she is dead or alive...U R SO SUED..U might wana speed ur ways.!

There is no one left in your office to whom i didnt contact your telecallers...Dinesh, Rahul, Deepak, Sunil. All of them told me to talk to Ranjeet in cas of any complaint but your guy Ranjit seems to be mr. President...he is so busy that cannot pick calls on his mobile and i think has some eyesight problem also because he cannot see missed calls also.
I am trying to talk to this gentleman since 24 hours but this chap disnt turn up.

I am put at gurgaon sector 7, Last week i have got a flat tyre in my car. i called up this speed car helpline guy at 8:15 AM in the morning, he confirmed to sent a mechanic to me in 30-40 minutes, i called him up again at 9:10 AM still golibazi, called up again at 9:40AM no clear answer about mechanics availability, finally i drive down my car with flat tyre to nearest petrol pump and got tube replaced. intentionally i didn't informed them just to see, if they will get back to me in what time. today its almost a week over but i didn't get a call from these thick skin irresponsible jokers running this business with exemplary service level.Membership No:NS58519

Hello Niraj,
I am writing this email to provide feedback for the service I have received from your esteemed customer oriented organization. I had punctured my vehicle in the evening, I tried calling your call center from the road but it could not get through. Any ways I bought my vehicle home and tried again. The executive who received my call took all my details and reassured me that it would be taken care in half an hour.
From 6:55 PM when I made my first call there were several conversations I had with your executives. Each time I was told about new terms and conditions and also assured that any how the service would be at my door the next moment (the message that was continuously was communicated that the car was last at ashram and would reach Noida soon). The executives re assured that they would update me with the status after speaking to the mechanic but all in vain. I asked the executives to connect me to the floor manager but nobody cared.
I tried your numbers on the website but to my surprise they didn’t even work.
My final call was made after 11:00 PM when a guy spoke to me and told me that the car which was coming to me had some technical issues and was unable to reach. I was surprised that nobody even cared to inform me for the same.
Q1. Why was it not communicated to me earlier when I had made endless calls? I actually had to used a couple of my friend’s phones because my call was not attended; perhaps my number was getting displayed.
Q2. Do you have only one vehicle that runs in entire Delhi/NCR to serve the customers?
Q3. I understand that you have very beautifully designed the terms and conditions of your agreement and I am sure that all this would also be taken care of at your end. But I would request you to please ask your sales people to educate the end customer about all this when they come to crack the deal with us.
Today I really feel unfortunate and miserable that I opted for SPEED instead of ... agency. I had been using their service for a year but never faced such a helpless situation. It was just a week ago I made this great decision. I understand that may be SPEED does not have the infrastructure to support so many customers, so I would suggest that you stop adding on new customers and create one with which you can keep the existing people happy.
I work as a Lead HR for an IT MNC; people loose their jobs & credibility in IT for so much slackness and dishonesty. Please advice in case I should at least inform my 2000 + fellow colleagues about your service to save them from all the harassment I had to face.
All I would request you from now is to let me know how it is possible to withdraw my membership back and get my money refunded.
I hope you read my email and take some corrective action. In case you don’t feel the need I would appreciate if you could personally respond to my email to ensure that it was read by you and not deleted by your subordinates.
