Hi,

I have applied for a new ATM card. When I checked with the helpdesk team they said that my card was dispatched via speed post on 9th of Nov. Still I haven't received my card. The speed post no is en[protected]IN. Kindly help me in getting my card by tomorrow as I need it on an urgent basis.

while delivering the speed post article, postman does'nt take any signature with mobile number and some time he due to work load he enters the article as delivered, without delivering to the party to whom it has been sent.

loss of parcel

Parcel sent on 6th August 14 with ref no. RE[protected]IN. On line tracking on india post says ' no details ' as on 9 pm on 1111th aug 14. parcel contains clothes items.
