delays

It appears that postal department does not believe in adhering to its charter fot transfer of KVP's in 20 days.It may be rectified to read as dependant on the postmaster wishes or your capability to chase.The highlight is that the dealing clerk expects you to search for the relevant documents in their files and put up to them so that you can be rudely dismissed to come another day for a rerun...

theft policy of government

We seems to breath in this currupt india. each and every department, most officers, politician are currupt. no body bother for people's trouble. there are thounds of reason to say like this, one simple case i would like to put hear for your kind consider. as i know that consumer form can not (not able at all) to do corrective action or not able to make an order for resolving matter with concern department.

Not able to trace a registered post

I had posted one document from Deshbandhunagar Post Office (Pin 700 059) Kolkata on 11/12/2008 with the number "AIR-RLB 3453"

I am not at all able to trace it now. Please note that it has a very important document in it and needs to be delivered at the earliest to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Could you please help resolve this issue at the earliest....

Service at counter

Pertains to the post office in Brahmavar-576213, Udupi District, Karnataka.

Inspite of long Q's at the postal and bill paying counters, the staff give special preferance to and encourage them to jump the line and come to the front.
Secondly the container provided for glue usually has no glue at all or has a very diluted version of it. Which is quite useless. Taking into account that Indian stamps haven't...

Registered Parcel Not reached

Dear Sir,
I am waiting for a parcel sent by my family in india, its a registerd parcel.In india we have been told that the parcel will reach in 10 days.But its more then 15 days and im quite worried regarding the parcel.The parcel was despatched from Ajmer(rajasthan) number of the parcel is RR[protected]IN the parcel is destined to Spain.Please advice what to do.

MONEY ORDER AMOUNT NOT REACHED TO MY RELATIVE

Sir,

I had money order Rs. 2000/- thru your Indiapost form Rajouri Garden (110027), New Delhi, Branch to Mr. Sanoj Mali, Bombay
GPO - 400001, on dated 20/11/2008.

But till time about after 1 month these amount not reached to my

Discrimination against existing bank customers

I've taken a housing loan with SBI on April 2007. They've kept on increasing the interest rates as RBI has increased the rates to them. Recently the RBI has reduced the lending rates, which are not passed on to me by the bank. For new customers they're waiving off the interest rate. Why is the Government of India, in particular, the finance minister looking into this issue ?

Registered Post not delivered

My husband sent me a "Registered Post/Article" from Singapore on 17th Nov 2008. Registered Article's number is RR[protected]SG. So far I didn't receive it. When I am referring to singapore postal website www.singpost.com, the status is displayed as despatched to overseas on 17th Nov 2008. I shows that my "Registered Article" reached India. But I could not get any information where it is gone after reaching India....

DELAY IN RECEIVING URGENT DOCUMENTS

SIR,
Some imp documents(examination form) was dispatched to me via speed post docket no. prepared manually 880 on 26/11/08 from jhansi(UP).They were received on 2 dec 08 by me in noida(UP).This lead to considerable anxiety and mental torture for me .Pls revert what is the use of such a crawling speed post service and who is accountable for it.Also the information given on the website regarding the journey of document is unavailable...

Items missing from my Parcel

I had sent a registered parcel vide ref no RPA 791 from Bangalore (Post office code OP Code MAN) on 15th november, 2008 to Saharanpur in UP. The parcel contained 4 dress materials and a cash of Rs 3000/- as gift to my family. Its shocking that the parcel has been opened and 2 dress materials worth Rs 4000/- and the cash of Rs 3000 has been taken out of the parcel by the staff and the parcel been restitched and delivered to my parents. Letters are not delivered

Our family relocated within Bangalore from Banashankari to Ramamoorthy Nagar. Neighbors informed that we are suppose to provide request letter to Nearest POST OFFICE (???!!!) to get our post delivered. If it was newly constructed house, then it is reasonable but this was an old house some other people stayed for quite some years and change in address is only the name of person & house name – Rest all remain same.

EMS SPEED POST NOT DELIVERED

I am residing in Daman.On 17.11.08 I send an important document to Kerala by EMS speed post from Daman. I was assured that speed post will reach there by three days. Courier track no is EG[protected]IN. On 20.11.08 I enquired Daman post office and asked same staff who had booked my courier. He could not tell me when courier will reach Kerala.
