Non-receipt of MIS claim by nominee after expiry of account holder

I am sorry to inform you that a packet containing some documents was posted by my daughter & son-in -law residing at PHILADELPHIA, U.S.A. from the post office there to my below-mentioned address on 29th. missing goods

Dear Sir,

I had sent a registered parcel containing Dress material & cosmetic items on Dt. 07/06/2008 and the receipt No. - RP R 561 through India Post. But whenever it was reached to my destination address given in the parcel we got that there was some missing of goods.

I have not recived speed post letter EE[protected]IN
which was sent through Roorkee(247667) post office on 04.06.08(Wednesday)
Where as courriour reaches next day or second next day...

Long delayed delivery in Kharghar

I would like to highlight the following postal related problems posted at Kharghar :
1. There is no delivery date stamp on all the letters/ documents that we receive in Kharghar
2. Letters are delivered in a lot once in 3/4 weeks

There have been instances which are consistent in nature with regards to delayed delivery as follows:

My passport SPEED POST did not reach me -EK304729742IN

Respected Sir,

I have been waiting 5days for my passport.As quoted in the passport site it had been dispatched on 22/May/2006.Neither I nor my family members have collected the speed post # “EK[protected]IN”.
The speedpost site says its been delivered to someone by the name “D.K.Sandra”.This matter is serious to me.

Settlement of Death claim of NSC

My father expired in the year 2000 and he took an NSC certifate while working in Mancherial at Mancherial HO, Adilabad Dist, Andhra Pradesh. The NSC expired on 01/03/2006. non delivery of overseas parcel after three months

sir i booked a parcel for japan with noRR[protected]IN on[protected]after 15 days of booking the parcel i went to enquire at the post office and were told that come after one month . After 30 days i went to the post office and was asked to write a request for tracking of parcel. my IIT form reached there on two days before last date so centre AJMER is given.

BEST SERVICES OF INDIAN POSTAL DEPARTMENT !!!!!!!!!! WHY THEY COULD NOT BE CLOSED???????

Though in some area where other services could not reach Indian Postal services as a part of Govt. obligation reaches and yes in rural areas we have no other option !!!

While in urban areas... yes email and courier services has kicked Indian Postal Services out of the Competition. Though this are only my views others may differ...

Non-receipt of Speed Post

I have sent 2 train tickets by speed post from Hubli Head P.O to Choolatheruvu P.O in Alleppy Dist in Kerala, on 07.03.2008 at 11.31 hrs vide receipt no.EK[protected]IN, which is not received till date (13.03.2008).

The tickets were for my sister to travel from Kayamkulam to Bangalore and then to Hubli on 13/14.03.2008.

Because of non-receipt of speed post, my sister has to travel by bus to reach Hubli in time...
